Sunset

Chapter Four

Bella and I followed Mike into the cafeteria after gym. We walked through the lunch line. I ended up just getting pizza with an orange and water. We took our seats at the table where everyone was chattering amonst themselves.

"Mike," Eric says as he came up sitting down. "I see you met my home girls."

"Oh," Mike laughed. "Your homegirls?"

"My homegirls." The guy from this morning says kissing our cheeks before he yanked Mikes chair out from under him.

Everyone laughed as Mike chased after her. I scoffed grabbing my napkin scrubbing my cheek where the boy kissed me. Jessica, the girl from gym scoots her chair closer to Bella.

"It's like kindergarten all over again." She says. "Your the shiny new toys."

I rolled my eyes slightly at her jealousy before blinking rapidly as I was blinded by a flash. A girl with cute cat-eye glasses smiled holding her camera.

"Sorry." she says sheepishly. "I needed a candid for the school paper."

"Features dead, Angela don't bring it up again." Eric snapped before patting my shoulder. "I've got your backs babies."

That was just rude. Angela frowned slightly. I could see hurt in her features.

"You could always do a feature on eating disorders." I suggested.

"Or, padding on the swim team." Bella added. 

"Those are actually really good." Angela says.

"I know right." Jessica says causing me to roll my eyes.

I noticed Bella look over her shoulder through the corner of my eye. I turned my head to follow her gaze. Rosalie walked into the cafeteria with her hand locked with a guy who looked to be on steroids, carrying a bag of eggs?

"Who are they?" Bella questioned.

"They're the Cullen's." Jessica gossiped. "They're all adopted by Dr. Cullen and his wife. The blonde girl that looks like a supermodel is Rosalie Hale she's with Emmett Cullen the buff one. They're all like together together, I'm not even sure it's legal."

"Jess, they're not actually realted." Angela sighed to the gossiper.

"Yeah but they live together, it's weird." Jessica says causing me to glance at her.

"So are married couples." I stated before turning back to the Cullens.

The short girl from this moring walked in with a honey blonde boy who seemed to be in pain. She grabbed his hand and spun causing me to smile. I wish I had something like that. 

"That's Alice she's really weird, the one that looks like he's in pain is Jasper." Jessica explained.

My eyes fell on two more guys that walked in. I was drawn to the taller, bronze haired one. He laguhed at what the shorter one.

"Who are they?" Bella asked voicing my thoughts.

"That's Edward and Theodore, they're twins, single but no one's good enough for them." Jessica says. "Don't even try, seriously."

"You got turned down." I say turning my eyes to Jessica. 

She blushed as she quickly looked down at her tray. I shook my head turning to Bella who was still looking at them. My eyes locked with the bronze haired boy. His hair looks so soft, I wanna run my hands through it to see if its truly as soft as it looks. Edward gave me a smile before he ran a hand through his hair. Did he read my mind? No, Nico don't be daft, that's not possible. I turned my attention back to my food.
