Han Chan was just about to kiss her, but he froze the moment he heard that voice. In the blink of an eye, a tall figure appeared at the end of the quiet corridor and slowly walked over.

The coldness in Park Jimin's eyes caused the alcohol in Han Chan's body to lessen. He then looked towards the woman leaning against the wall. His hands trembled and became soft ...

Letting go of Jeon Rosè's red chin, Han Chan looked at Park Jimin, who was walking over in the blink of an eye. "Sorry, I drank too much. I thought she was Lian."

Park Jimin's expression was unfathomable as he cast a glance at Han Chan. After a moment, his gaze landed on Jeon Rosè , who was leaning against the wall.

Jeon Rose could only sneer when she heard Han Chan's words, but she didn't even have the strength to laugh. One of her hands was on the wall behind her, while the other one was holding onto the corner of the bathroom door to prevent her from falling down.

Han Chan walked away with quick steps. When he passed by Park Jimin, he only paused for a moment before walking away quickly.

Seeing Han Chan leave, Jeon Rosè heaved a sigh of relief. She let go of the hand that was supporting the wall behind her and turned around to leave.

Jeon Rosè's body had just left the wall when her legs suddenly went soft. A powerful arm caught her and pulled her into his embrace.

Jeon Rosè felt her body floating. Once her sight was clear, she then pushed Park Jimin away.

He grabbed her hand and pressed it down easily. In an instant, his warm palm, which was much colder than her own body, covered her forehead. Park Jimin suddenly frowned. "Why did your body burn like this?"

"Don't touch me ..." Jeon Rosè lowered her head in an attempt to resist him, but her waist was firmly held in his embrace.

"Don't move." Park Jimin's voice was no longer so gentle as if he was somewhat angry. He wrapped his arm around Jiang Ruolan's waist and felt her body heat up shockingly hot. He then faintly trembled, and with a sigh, he took off his suit and placed it on her. "You're so ill yet drink a lot of wine. When did you become so willful?"

As he spoke, Park Jimin pulled Jeon Rosè into his arms and walked out of the quiet corridor.

How did he know she was drinking? Was it because of the alcohol on her body? Or had he actually seen her long ago?

Jeon Rosè felt an indescribable urge to cry. She felt so wronged that she wanted to cry, but she forced herself not to look at him. She was forced to return to the banquet hall by Park Jimin.

"Sis Jeon." Cha Nayun suddenly walked towards her. The worry in her (Nayun) eyes had disappeared when she saw Park Jimin standing next to Jeon Rosè.

Cha Nayun grinned at him in surprise. Seeing Park Jimin return her gesture with a polite smile, she was instantly overjoyed.

"My wife has been drinking too much. I'll send her back first!" As he passed Ling Lian and Han Chan, whose faces were not very nice, Park Jimin politely raised his eyebrows and said to them, "Rosè had a fever for the last few days, and she didn't tell me because she was afraid it would affect the progress of my job. So she secretly came to your own engagement party. Was she causing trouble for you?"

"No...No!" Ling Lian arrogant attitude was still somewhat restrained when facing Park Jimin, but she was still not convinced. Looking at the coat on Jeon Rosè's shoulder and Park Jimin's actions, they all expressed his care and love for her.

Ling Lian gritted her teeth and turned her pleading eyes to Han Chan, who had no expression on his face.

Who knew that Han Chan only forcefully twitched the corner of his mouth and didn't say anything.

Ling Lian frowned, not knowing what was going on with him. She turned around and was about to say something when she saw Park Jimin walking out of the hall with Jeon Rosè in his arms.

"What's wrong with you?" Ling Lian slapped Han Chan's arm angrily, "Didn't you say that Park Jimin had no relationship with Jeon Rosè ? Earlier, when Park Jimin came, he said that he was delayed due to his work. I guess he did not know Jeon Rosè was here. Why did they bump into each other so quickly? And it was so intimate? Why didn't you say anything just now!"

Han Chan didn't say anything in the end. He allowed Ling Lian to slap his arm a few times before he held her hand down. "Alright, that's enough! There are so many people here."

Ling Lian couldn't swallow her anger and stomped her feet. "I've even designed many plans that would make Jeon Rosè lose face in front of everyone, but it's all useless now!"

Just as they walked out of the banquet hall, Jeon Rose tried to push Park Jimin away. "Let me go."

Park Jimin ignored him and led her to the parking lot. Jeon Rosè 's body became extremely weak. She used both hands to push him away. "Park Jimin, let go of me. I don't need your sympathy! I don't want it!"

"Stop messing around!" With a low growl, Park Jimin pulled the loose jacket that was almost on her body again.

"I'm not making a fuss! Let go of me!" Jeon Rosè took advantage of her drunkenness and tried to pull the distance between them, "Let go of me. Don't touch me!"

"Park Jimin! Take back your hypocrisy! I don't want your sympathy, I don't want your pity! I don't need your compassion! I don't need it! I don't need you to help me. Let go of me... Stay away from me!"

Park Jimin's face remained impassive as he held her in place. He didn't say anything. He didn't even say a word as he walked towards the parking lot while holding Jeon Rosè in his arms.

"Park Jimin! You bastard, don't touch me!"

Jeon Rosè was unable to break free, unable to resist. Seeing Park Jimin's indifferent expression, as if he couldn't hear her curses, she gnashed her teeth in anger.

When they were about to reach his black Land Rover, Jeon Rosè lowered her head and bit the back of Park Jimin's hand that was hugging her shoulder.

Park Jimin paused for a moment and suddenly let go of her shoulder, but once again embraced her waist and raised his other hand to pull her coat tighter.

Park Jimin pulled Jeon Rosè into his embrace and placed his head close to her ear to sigh."Alright, stop tormenting yourself."

Jeon Rosè wondered if Park Jimin could be so patient and gentle with every woman, if he also would be so good to Yun Sana and Im Kia.

Suddenly, she remembered what Park Jimin had said to her before.

This marriage has nothing to do with love. Don't expect too much from it ... Don't get too involved...

Why did she have so many hopes? Why would she be so upset with him?

Jeon Rosè was not a great woman like Yun Sana and Im Sana. She was actually a very cowardly woman. Whenever she faced something, she preferred to flee to a place where no one could find her.

She preferred to be alone. She could choose to be quiet for a few days, she could also willfully use the effect of alcohol to curse Park Jimin as a bastard, and she could also burp at him in retaliation.

When Park Jimin saw Jeon Rosè's frowning face, he didn't know what to do. The only thing he could do was not let her go.

"Park Jimin, what are you pretending for? Aren't you very annoyed with me?" Jeon Rosè said with a burp.

"Hey....Hey, Park Jimin. Answer me. What are you pretending for?"

"I'm talking to you. Did you hear me?"

Jeon Rosè hated how Park Jimin couldn't be bothered to argue with her. She tugged at his shirt and said hoarsely, "Let me see if you really are a beast in disguise."
