Jeon Rosè looked at the impatience in Park Jimin's eyes with a puzzled expression. She glared at him before she turned to look back at the two beggars. She tried to compare the situation between these beggars and those laborers.

If they were really at the end of the road, their own towns and cities would naturally give them their own protection. There was no need for those laborers to cause a riot at a place where they wouldn't live for too long. What is the difference between those laborers and these beggars?

Park Jimin meant that, like her, he wasn't completely indifferent, but the society made them all afraid to abuse mercy because you can never guess whether it was right or wrong. If these migrant workers dare to make a scene in City Of Seoul, when they are in another city, they will still do the same. If everyone did the same thing, there would be no difference between them and this beggar. They will continue to make a fuss and wait for the money to fall from the sky.

Jeon Rosè said nothing for a moment. Park Jimin bit his lip slightly and when he saw her hesitant face, he coldly laughed. "Do you understand now?"

Jeon Rosè raised her head to look at him but kept quiet and followed him slowly. After a few steps, she hesitantly glanced at the elegant man beside her. "But we shouldn't have hurt them with the electric rod."

A hint of understanding appeared in Park Jimin's calm eyes. "What are you trying to remind me of?"

Jeon Rosè paused and looked at him in surprise.

Shouldn't he have known everything?

Did Secretary Kang do all of this behind his back?

Jeon Rosè knew her own identity. After all, she was not someone who could be of much help, and there were many things that she could not interfere with.

However, Park Jimin's words made her feel as if she had heard something wrong.

In other words, all of this was within Park Jimin's expectations?

Since Jeon Rosè knew that Park Jimin had his own judgment and sense of decency, then she didn't have to worry about it. She decided to not speak any more nonsense and disturbed the good night.

Seeing that she was very obedient, Park Jimin smiled contentedly.

It was an autumn night in the north, a busy street with only a few people walking around. The time now was around 10 pm.

Only a few large stores were still brightly lit. Jeon Rosè looked around the street. "Where can we find a place to eat?"

"There is a 24-hour hot pot with Sichuan cuisine. Don't you like this kind of food?" Park Jimin said.

As soon as Jeon Rosè heard about the Sichuan dish hotpot, she was immediately amused. "So considerate? Thank you, my dear President Park, for your concern."

"You are my temporary subordinates."

Park Jimin uttered those words deliberately. Jeon Rosè did not disagree with him, nor did she refute him.

Jeon Rosè looked at the time. "These stores will close in about an hour. Buy some clothes first, then we go to eat. You will feel hungrier after spending your time here. By that time, you can eat more."

Jeon Rosè immediately thought back to the hotpot they had eaten in Seoul City last time. Although she had eaten a lot, there was still leftover on each plate. When she thought about it again, she suddenly felt regretful. She had wasted food just like that.

"Buy some clothes? I don't intend to buy clothes!" Jeon Rosè quickly changed the topic.

"You're going to wear my jacket for tomorrow?"
