The floors of Pigsy's noodles shook as the poor dragon girl let out another outrageous hiccup. A week has passed since the shop has been closed and is now once again open for business. Pigsy was glad that he took the short break. He did notice that he's been slacking on work with the help of Tang who noticed it way beforehand. So having to take a break on one thing out of everything that is causing him stress really helped him.

Of course he chose to lock the store up rather than give up on looking for the kid. It is his kid that is missing after all!

But his stress soon came back when the bull prince brought back Mei on one of their searches to find out she has these odd hiccups. And by odd, it means that for every hiccup the girl lets out, the whole street would have a small earthquake.

Pigsy quickly got back on his feet, "Ugh! This is the worst case of hiccups I have ever seen! How'd it happen?!"

Redson rolled his eyes as he gave the girl a nudge, "I took the dragon girl out to eat dinner for one night. That made her calm down...but now she gained the habit of stress eating!-"

"What does that have to do with-"

"Sooooo....you remember how you told MK a while back not to enter those meatball eating contests?" Mei says with a nervous tone in her voice, letting out a small chuckle at the end.

"Under no circumstances, yeah.." Pigsy could kinda see where this was going, but unfortunately Red confirmed it by pulling out the girl's phone and pushing the phone to the pig demon's face.

And of course, there it is. A photo of Mei and the runner of the eating contest, taking a picture together as they smiled at the camera, a bowl of meatballs in their hands. Honestly, Pigsy was glad to see the girl smiling again...but this is not how he wanted to see her regain her smile!

"500 *hic* meatballs in five minutes!!! I can't wait to tell MK when he comes back!!" She cheered but was soon interrupted by a hiccup that shot her off her seat and straight through the ceiling.

Redson shook his head, "In other words...The meatballs were maybe...probably...a hundred percent cursed,"

Pigsy sighed as he placed the phone down, pinching the bridge of his nose in disappointment, "Mei! Of all the impulsive things you could have done!...Honestly, this doesn't surprise me anymore,"

"UGH! We tried everything!" The bull prince complained as he grabbed the girl's ankles and pulled her back down, "I tried rubbing her belly. Giving her a scare!-"

"Your not that scary red boy-"

"Shut it! I also tried hitting her pressure points! But nothing worked!"

"OH OH OH! MR TANG!~" Mei sang out as she wrapped her arm around his shoulders as he continued to research on how to contact the great sage. So far...not so much luck.

"You gotta know some ancient technique for food poisoning curses...right?"

"Mei. If I don't know how to get rid of your hiccups, I hardly doubt the scholar would," Redson smirked slightly at his remark, to which Tang let out his own.

"May I recall I was the one that knew the location of all the ingredients when we needed to make the antidote for the spider queen's venom?" Tang lets out a slight cocky laugh as the red boy's face turns a slight red in embarrassment.

"You know when I am not feeling so hot!" Red lets out a squeak as he spun around to see the blue water demon right behind him. Redson didn't even see him there- how the fuck did he not see him there?!
