"Welcome home!" Zara bumps into Lucy's back as the blonde stops short just as she opens the door to her place. She's met with the unwanted sight of Natsu Dragneel on top of her bed doing crunches whilst Happy lifted weights right beside him. Zara's inhaling deeply, head shaking as she peels away from Lucy. Classic Natsu, at least for once he wasn't barging into her house.
"Sup," Happy chirps gruffly as Lucy's hand twitches around her door handle. She looks at Zara, who shrugs before she turns back to the boys.
"You guys stink!" she moves much faster than Zara believed she could. Her legs are stretched out as she slams the heels of her boots into his gut. "Why don't you jerks work out at your own house?" she demands, pointing an accusing finger at the salmon haired wizard. Zara shuts the door behind the both of them, leaning against it with her arms crossed over her chest. She could have mentioned to Lucy that part of being someone Natsu cared about came with a level of... well it required a certain amount of open-mindedness. Natsu was going to be a constant presence, all it meant was that Lucy had managed to become someone Natsu cared for.
She smiles faintly, head tipping to the side as she watches the duo. Natsu's sweating nervously, a hand placed over his stomach as he grinned widely at Lucy. "Now Lucy, if we want to work together like a team, we gotta train like one." he lifts up a pink weight. He's holding it with ease, grin growing as Zara snorts. Natsu notes the nose, eyes immediately drawing to the other occupant of the house. He offers her a beam, and she offers him a smize back in return. Still, he knew that no matter what Zara would be down for whatever he came up with, which meant he had to focus all his attention on getting Lucy onboard with his scheme.
It's the only reason he breaks the moment between him and Zara apart, turning to face Lucy again.
"We thought you'd like the pink dumbbell." Happy's smiling as he speaks.
