*harper's pov*
"Heyy christopherrrr" i say in a singsong tone
"Heyy harps" he replies
"Wanna go to the movies?" I say giving him a hug
"Why dont we go to the store buy some candy and watch a movie here?" I gave him a confused look like it was the stupidest thing ever. "Its cheaper" he shrugged his shoulders
"Oh right im saving up i forgot about that aaandddd you also broke"
"Hey i am not broke" he says breaking the hug
"How much money you got?" I say taking his wallet off the counter.
"How 'bout we ask matt to take us to get snacks and we also make him pay. Huh?" In other words he's broke
"Ye ye ok"
We convinced matt and we got nick too and we all got into the car. Chris and i sat in the back and we were laughing at memes together the whole ride.
My memories with chris...
They're back!
I slowly start to open my eyes and i see chris sitting next to me. I slowly sit up and he looks over at me.
"Are you ok?" He asks i dont know why he's asking he doesnt care about me.
"Why do you care?" His face dropped as if something has just became clear as day
"You know?" He says trying to grab ahold of what was going on right now
"I know what?"
"Your memories?" He says still trying to figure out whats happening
"Um... ye" i say standing up
"Now lets get to this party" which then i realise "wait i still dont know them"
"Ye i knew that would happen come on. For tonight, and tonight only, i will be your best friend again. But after tonight i won't talk to you. Ok?" He says setting some sort of ground rules.
"Who am i cinderella? Ive always wanted to be a princess" i says twirling in my dress. Chris rolls his eyes and clearly regrets his choice of words.
I start running towards the house of the party, which i could tell where i was coming from because of the light and loud noises. Chris starts to chase after me which makes me feel like a little kid again. But then my phone starts to buzz and buzz and buzz.

Answer me we're getting worried
Are you in the bathroom?
Wait are you with chris we cant find him either
He's not picking up the phone
I stop running making chris running straight into me knocking me over.
"Oh shit sorry H are you alright?" He runs a hand through his hair
"Do you just never look where your going?" I laugh "and why are you answering your phone?"
"I think i left it in the car why? Has matt finally realised we're missing?" I nod my head and he helps me up.

Wait matt i gtg chris wants to race me back to the party we'll be there in a minute.
Chris started sprinting away before i could turn my phone off meaning he got a head start. Once i realised i ran full speed after him.
"Chriissssss get back here you cheat" i shouted after him.
"No your just a sore loser" i heard him giggling like a little kid.
I slowed down because i ran out of breath and chris kept running as he didnt realise i stopped. I was slowly walking to the house and i was looking through my contacts to call matt. Then i look up from my phone and see a dark figure on the other side of the field we were running across, which i am now walking across. I think nothing of it because he has a dog with him and i assume he's taking it for a walk. Then i go back to my phone and get distracted by a scam call which i let ring out. I look back up and the figure is closer to me and is staring directly at me. At this point i have lost sight of chris and im guessing hes already back at the party. Suddenly the figure begins to make its way towards me. I panic and begin to run towards the house. The figure also speeds up.
"Harper!!" I hear the familiar voice "whats taking u so long slow coach" it was chris. I ran to him and hugged him knowing that now i was safe. I turned around to see the figure had gone.
"Can we go home please" i look up at him still not letting him go.
He looks down at me confused before replying "of course"
We both walk back to the house and i made chris hold my hand the whole time. Once we got there matt and nick were stood leaning on the car waiting so that we could leave. When they heard us they both looked up, scarily in sync, and matt gave us a confused look and nick shrugged his shoulders and got into the car.
"Yo nick get in the front for me bro" i hear from beside me. I smile to myself as nick obeys and chris and i climb into the back seats. Matt drives us home but on the way i fall asleep on chris' shoulder.
