Chapter 36

*harpers pov*

"Is she awake?" I hear whispers from around me.

"No and your not waking her fuck off matt. You can spend time with her when shes awake." I hear chriss voice it was soft so he didnt wake me.

"Please just wake her up chris" matt pleaded a little louder

"No and it doesnt look she is going to wake up for a while. Ill call you when shes awake" chris says

"Fine" matt says with a huff and leaves the room closing the door behind him.

"I know he woke you up" chris whispers close to my face. I could feel his warm breath against my skin as i lay there with my eyes closed.

"Im still asleep remember" i say snuggling into what i thought was the bed. "Since when did your bed get so hard?"

"Youre lying on me you idiot" he laughs

"Oh then your pretty comfy for a person" i say getting as close as humanly possible to him

"I dont know whether to take that as a compliment or what" chris laughs slightly

"Its a compliment" i nod "but why are you so happy this morning?" I finally open my eyes and look at him. Just to meet his eyes already on me.

"Because i finally have you back" he kisses me on the top of my head.

"It was practically your fault" i look away from him "you couldve never gotten with her"

"Who else could i have gotten with then?" He asks lifting my chin to look at him

"Well i heard you and matt talk about something" i start but stop when I realise it was an invasion of their privacy that i should not talk about.

"Well tell me then. Me and matt talk a lot you know"

"Umm... when you were talking about you liking me and jess" i say quietly

"Oh that conversation. Wait is that why you slammed the door?" Chris asked with a little smirk.

"I dont know" i reply. His hand that was resting on my waist moves. "What are you doing?" I ask before he quickly gets up flipping me onto my back.

"You liked me?" He asks

"Im not sure" i answer honestly

"Answer yes or no" he says with a smirk

"I said im not-" but as I attempted to continue he got onto of me and started tickling me. But since he was on top of me i couldnt move. "Chris stop" i say between laughs.

"Yes or no?" He asks again as he stops

"I dont know" he begans tickling me again. "Chris stop" i squealed. Suddenly we both heared footsteps from the hallway. We stopped what we were doing and looked at each other. Chris flipped back over and laid next to me and pulled me to the position we were in before.

"Its matt! He wants to steal you for today. Pretend to be asleep." Chris instructs so i do as he says.

Suddenly matt bursts through the door. "I know you two are awake" he says making his way to the bed. Chriss arm tenses around me slightly as he is trying not to laugh. "Chris I definitely know youre awake because you were talking to me before and i know harper is awake because she has just been screaming her head off." Matt says before he jumps onto the bed.

I stay in character and stay asleep as chris jumps up and punches matt.

"Umm OUCH" he yelled

"See i knew you were awake" matt says and i could tell he was smiling innocently. He whispers something to chris. Then suddenly i feel a weight on top of me.
