Chapter 7 - Neville Longbottom

It was the Yule Ball at Hogwarts, I stood in front of my mirror and stared at myself in my dress, I wasn't completely satisfied and quite honestly I had no idea what could improve it.

Anyway, I really should go, and I did.

You might think I didn't have a companion so I went there alone, but no, I had a companion and it was Neville.

I was just standing in front of the stairs that I still had to walk down, the good thing was that nobody noticed me so I could look for Neville in peace in the crowd.

I found him standing next to a plant so I slowly walked down the stairs.

"Wow..." I heard someone or at least 2 people say, it was the Weasley twins, I walked up to the two and gradually took them in my arms.

"Y/n you look adorable."

"You're right Fred, she's gorgeous."

"Thanks guys, you look adorable too." I said and we smiled.

Someone cleared their throat next to me, it was Neville, I turned to him and smiled even more.

Fred and George went away to leave us alone.

"Y/n... You- wow, you look beautiful... I uh... got something for you." he said and stuttered, his face was red.

"Thanks you look great yourself." I said.

He smiled and handed me a flower bracelet.

"Wow Neville...that is...thank you." I said, curled up and hugged him.

"Now let's go dancing." I said and Neville nodded.

Together we disappeared onto the dance floor... Now my outfit was perfect.

Es war der Weihnachtsball in Hogwarts, ich stand vor meinem Spiegel und starrte mich in meinem Kleid an, ganz zufrieden war ich ja nicht und ganz ehrlich, ich hatte keine Ahnung, was es verbessern konnte.

Egal, ich sollte echt los, und das tat ich auch.

Vielleicht denkt man jetzt ich hatte keine Begleitung und ging deshalb alleine hin aber nein, ich hatte eine Begleitung und es war Neville.

Gerade stand ich vor den Treppen, die ich noch runterlaufen musste, das gute war das mich niemand beachtete so konnte ich in Frieden Neville in der Masse suchen.

Ich fand ihn neben einer Pflanze stehen also ging ich langsam die Treppen runter.

"Wow..." hörte ich jemanden oder doch 2 Leute sagen, es waren die Weasley Zwillinge, ich ging auf die zwei zu und nahm sie nach und nach in den Arm.

"Y/n du siehst bezaubernd aus."

"Du hast Recht Fred, sie ist wundervoll."

"Danke Jungs, ihr seht auch bezaubernd aus." sagte ich und wir lächelten.

Jemand räusperte sich neben mich, es war Neville, ich drehte mich zu ihm um und lächelte noch viel mehr.

Fred und George gingen weg um uns alleine zu lassen.

"Y/n... Du- wow, du siehst wunderschön aus... Ich uhm.. Hab etwas für dich." sagte er und stotterte, sein Gesicht war Rot.

"Danke du siehst selber großartig aus." sagte ich.

Er lächelte und reichte mir ein Blumenarmband.

"Wow Neville... das ist... Ich danke dir." sagte ich, machte es mir drum und umarmte ihn.

"Nun lass uns tanzen gehen." sagte ich und Neville nickte.

Zusammen verschwanden wir auf der Tanzfläche... Jetzt war mein Outfit perfekt.
