courtney looks down at her phone, that's placed by her book that she was reading. it's bridgette! she thinks. why is she messaging me? courtney hadn't heard from anybody from the total drama cast in a few years, except from bridgette, but this was the first time she had messaged in a few months.

how have you been? me and geoff have been wondering if you wanted to come to this total drama reunion we were planning. lots of people are on board with it, some no response but hopefully you can make it!!

courtney sat her phone down for a moment to think. what? a reunion? i haven't seen these people in ages! she took a breath and picked her phone back up.

courtney checked the date on her calendar. today is the 20th of october.. so this should happen in fifteen days. i should write that down.

wow. i can't believe this is happening. i can't believe in two weeks time i'll be meeting some of the people that i used to call my best friends and some who i truly hated. and.. duncan.

after total drama all stars, courtney cut contact off with duncan. she didn't trust him anymore, and didn't want to be with him. she wondered if he agreed to go to the reunion or if he didn't reply. she set her phone back down and shut her book. she stood up from her chair, tucked it in neatly and sat down on her bed. i wonder if anyone has changed, like a lot. courtney didn't think she changed that much, but tried to become less controlling after receiving lots of backlash on the internet. she was 21 and in law school now after all, she had to have changed since she was a teenager.

she picked up her planner and flipped the pages to november. 4th November: total drama reunion. courtney couldn't believe that she was actually going to and see everyone, again. she was almost worried, but bridgette would be there for support, so she didn't have to panic too much.
courtney then propped her planner down on her bedside table and grabbed her phone from her desk, and sat back down on her bed. she typed in a number she hadn't typed in for a while.

courtney sighed. hopefully gwen won't come. courtney hadn't spoken to gwen after all stars too, she felt too betrayed and was worried that she would do something similar, even though she apologised and said she wouldn't do it again, courtney didn't believe her. she knew that her and duncan broke up but it always felt like they were together, because a little after they left all stars they would hang out and post it in instagram.
as much as courtney didn't want to admit it, she loved stalking duncan's and gwen's instagrams to see what they were up to.
