In the end of her eight hour protection seal making Sasuke had to drag her back to the house half dead. If she had to describe how she was feeling it would be like going five days with no sleep and surviving off of coffee alone. And there's no coffee in Konoha.
Tazuna eyed her limp form before looking back to Sasuke. "There's an empty room upstairs, third door to the left." He informs him.
Sasuke let out a tight nod as he used the hand railing to support the both of them. Kazemi supposes it makes sense, he's probably never travelled for so long before and on top of that he had guard her for eight hours.
Sakura walks up the stairs and catches up with them. "You need help there Sasuke?" She asks, arms stretching out to take her. Her teammate hands her off to the other girl as they move up the stairs.
Moving into the room Sakura gently places her on the futon. Sasuke immediately drops onto the other futon with a groan.
The pink haired girl chuckled as she moved to the door. "Have a good rest." She whispers as she gently closes the door.
...
Kazemi startles out of bed, immediately reaching for a kunai that wasn't there. She forces herself to relax, remembering where she was.
Kicking her feet off of the futon she looks around to see her backpack leaning against a wall. She wonders who put it there before shrugging. Time to get ready she supposes.
...
Walking down the stairs Kazemi notes how no one she knows is down there. They must already be out building the bridge or making rounds.
A woman that she didn't recognised turned to her. "Oh, you must be Kazemi!" The woman exclaimed cheerfully. "I was quite worried, you were out for a half a day!"
She smiles. "Yeah, no matter how beat up I am if I get a full rest then I'll be right as rain the next day." Kazemi chuckles. "Don't tell him I said this but Kakashi's really jealous about it."
The woman chuckled as well. "Well, I suppose we'd all envy an ability like that if we saw it get used so often." Her eyes widen. "Ah, forgive me for not introducing myself. I'm Tsunami, Tazuna's daughter." She explains.
"It's nice to meet you Tsunami. I'm Uzumaki Kazemi. But I suppose you already knew that." She looks towards the pot on the stove. "Ah, do you need any help?"
"Oh no, you're a guest, I couldn't possibly ask you to do that."
"Please let me Tsunami, I don't want to trouble you with feeding all of us by yourself. Besides, I enjoy cooking so it's not as though I'll be miserable doing it." She says as Tsunami opens her mouth to speak again.
At that moment the Hyuga and Sasuke barge in, sending each other the most fierce glares she has ever seen.
"Pathetic." The Hyuga spits as he moves towards the table. "You don't even know water walking. How you became a ninja is beyond me."
"Maybe it's because not all of us have a sensei who actually teaches. Considering the fact that you've been a genin a whole year longer than me with the only thing that you have to show for it being water walking I'll say you're just biter." Sasuke bites back as the Hyuga snarls at him.
Kazemi sighs and looks at Tsunami apologetically. "Sorry, their clans have never gotten along because they are both egotistical maniacs." She explains before looking over to the byakugan wielder. "You, Hyuga, I forgot to ask you what your name was. And while we're on the topic what's mini-Gai's name."
He eyes her incredulously as Sasuke looks at her with pride gleaming in his eyes. "My name is Neji. My teammate is called Rock Lee." He quickly says before turning back to Sasuke to say something that would have him spitting something more vile back in retaliation.
