The mission started as soon as the group got to the safe house where Alejandro and Rudy kept Hassan at. Hassan Zyani was the person we were looking for in order to get to El Sin Nombre. If anybody knew who or where this El Sin Nombre person was, it was him.

Throughout the drive to the safe house, I felt my heart pounding and my nerves kicking in. This was really happening. I kept looking past Ghost and looking out the window just to see how close we were getting, it felt like my heart was about to stop beating the closer we got to the area. I was nervous, but I had to be strong. I don't want to make Ghost think he was right about me not being a good soldier. I had to prove him wrong, no matter how much of a dick he was to me, I just had to.

-----------------------------------------

We eventually get to the village across the river, which is where the Cartel was hiding Hassan. As soon as Rudy parks the car, everyone steps out and gets their guns ready.

"Weapons hot, Vaqueros." Alejandro says sternly through my earpiece as I step out of the car and get my weapon ready.

As soon as we all gather near the gate, Alejandro kicks it open and we all come running in. I look around the small village with my gun up, checking to see if there's any civilians.

"No civilians?" I ask.

"Gone. Cartel took over, it's a hideout now." Alejandro says as we all continue moving.

"Good place to keep Hassan." Soap says quietly.

We get to another gate and Ghost opens it as we all enter. Immediately, a bunch of Cartel members come out of different houses and begin shooting. I start shooting back, hitting a few of them right in the head, while continuing to move and follow Alejandro's lead. My nerves and anxiety was completely gone as soon as shooting started. I felt so focused and in the zone that I ended up shutting down my emotions and only focusing on the mission.

We continued searching every house through the village, making sure it was clear to pass while also figuring out where Hassan was. Eventually, the group made it to one specific house where the Cartel kept Hassan. As soon as we cleared it, Hassan was never to be found in the upstairs deck in the safe house.

"See Hassan anywhere?" I asked while pointing my weapon at the entrance while Alejandro and Soap cleared the room.

"No. He's not in here." Soap says in an annoyed tone. I lower my weapon as me and Ghost enter the room once it's clear.

"They must have moved him." Alejandro says while catching his breath.

Suddenly, cars begin rolling up near the village we're in.

"Alejandro, the Army is rolling in!" Gambit says through our earpieces.

"Shit..." Alejandro said annoyingly.

Me, Soap, Ghost, and Alejandro all stood near the window watching as the cars came closer and closer to the houses. Once they got close, we started shooting.
While shooting, we ended up escaping the house and running through the depths of the forest in order to escape from the Army attacking us. My heart was racing, bullets were flying everywhere and there was so much screaming and gunshots. This was just like my last mission with König.

-----------------------------------------

We continue running through the forest, shooting off as many Army people as possible, until we eventually get to a dead end. Alejandro was leading me, Soap, and Ghost down the hill, through the mountains so we would lose the Army and so we would get to the bridge. Once we got to a dead end, my heart dropped; I stopped myself from sliding down the hill once we got to the large cliff that went to where the river was. I felt my ankles about to give out as I almost fell off the cliff but I quickly felt a large arm grab my waist to stop me from about to fall off. I looked up to see Ghost holding onto me. My heart sank once he touched me, it was rough but gentle at the same time. Ghost didn't say anything to me as he let me go; I then hear Soap yell at Alejandro while shooting continued in the background.

"You led us to a dead end, hermano!" Soap yells.

"We jump from here! Don't lose your weapons!" Alejandro yells as he jumps off the cliff and dives in the river. He stays in the water while waiting for us to jump off as well. My eyes widened in shock, he wants us to jump!?

"This guy's fucking crazy!" I yell.

"It's either that or get killed, Venom! See you down there!" Soap shouts before jumping off the cliff; it was just me and Ghost now. He was covering me while waiting for me to jump next.

As mush as I hated the water, I had no choice. I let out a frustrated groan as I rip off my mask and put it in my pocket. Ghost turned to look at me without my mask, my face now revealed as the scar over my lip, cheek, and neck appeared along with another large scar running from the top of my temple down to my jaw was now revealed. His eyes widened in shock once he saw the scars on my face.

"V-Venom, your scars-" Ghost pointed out as he was about to lower his weapon. I glare at him before raising my hand to stop him from talking.

"Shut the fuck up and jump." I say in a threatening manner before jumping off the cliff and diving into the river. Ghost was taken aback by my reaction but he brushed it off as he jumped off after me.

We made it in the water and started to swim, Alejandro taking the lead while continuing to shoot at the Army soldiers since they continued to follow us.

As we were swimming, I can hear a very faint American voice through my earpiece. Who was that guy? Was he with us? I tried listening even more until I finally realized who it was; Philip Graves.
