The Genesis

8 2 1

In the beginning, God's voice resounds,
Creating the heavens and earth that surrounds.
Light enters the darkness, life begins to unfold,
God's masterpiece, a story yet untold.

From Adam and Eve, the human race blooms,
But sin enters in, casting shadows and gloom.
Yet, hope remains, for God's promise is near,
A Savior to come, erasing all fear.

Noah and the ark, a world washed clean,
A covenant made, a new era seen.
Abraham, a man of great faith and trust,
Leaving his home, forging a path he must.

Isaac, the child of promise and hope,
Jacob and Esau, their stories entwined in rope.
Joseph, the dreamer, betrayed and sold,
Yet in Egypt, his true purpose unfolds.

Genesis paints a picture of human frailty,
But also showcases God's unwavering loyalty.
Family strife, forgiveness won,
Covenants made, blessings freely spun.

From the Garden of Eden to Egypt's embrace,
Genesis reveals God's boundless grace.
Through stories of triumph and moments of woe,
One truth remains: God's love will always glow.

Let Genesis inspire you, my dear friend,
To trust in God's promises till the end.
For just as He led His people of old,
In your life, His faithfulness will unfold.
