But Y/n didn't think about it too much. That's because all the walking around, and all the new blood, had made her very tired. So all she wanted to do now was get a good night's sleep.
Y/n yawned and closed her eyes for a minute. Then she felt a presence next to her, someone who seemed to almost bump into her, which made her forget about yawning and open her eyes sharply.
Kokushibo was hovering over her.
"-Ah, it's you, Kokushibo," she said, calming down instantly and yawning again.
"-Sleepy?" he asked, watching Y/n yawn intently.
"-Mhm" she purred, covering her mouth.
"-And you, what, not yet? It's morning."
Kokushibo's gaze turned calm again
"-You're right, and I should be getting some rest, too."
Suddenly, Y/n's eyes filled with light, and she snapped her fingers
"-Kokushibo-dono, let's sleep together then! It's even raining outside again!"
(Kokushibo's POV:)
The words y/n were like a dousing of cold water for me.
"-What? Sleeping next to her?"
Incredibly bold, I thought, staring into her y/c's eyes, which were shining with anticipation of my response.
I turned my attention to the curtained but open window nearby and listened. And indeed, I could hear the drizzle of light rain outside on the small stones of the zen garden.
I turned my gaze back to Y/n. Maybe there would be nothing so bad as sleeping with her? I'd be lying if I said I didn't find Y/n attractive, especially if she was asking...
So I sighed
"-Huh. All right, then."
(No one's POV:)
Immediately, your joyful squeak echoed down the hallway as you jumped up and down
"-Yay!"
And then you heard him add
"-Only no touching."
You froze for a few seconds, processing what you had heard, but then your eyes closed again in joy as you put your hands together, placing them to your cheek and then looking up joyfully into Kokushibo's 6 eyes.
"-It's still great!"
Kokushibo just stared at you in puzzlement as you walked, or rather, jumped up the stairs to your room, letting out a little cheer with every step.
It was strange, watching you do that, but still, there was something soothing to him in your voice.
And he didn't realize he was smiling.
But then he immediately caught himself, tching
"-Y/n's voice is quite unique. Is it still because of the Blood Demon Art?..."
And when he was about to go to his room, he heard her voice from the third floor
"-Kokushibo-dono, could I braid your hair too!!"
Quiet exhale was heard
"-Alright."
"-Yeees!" joyful voice of you was heard, as you closed your shoji door.
Kokushibo deeply exhaled once again, shaking his head, and entered his room.
