𝙎𝙤𝙣𝙜 𝙤𝙛 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙈𝙤𝙤𝙣 (Doma, Akaza, Kokushibo x femreader x Muzan)

(Y/n's POV:)

I walked quickly down the stairs, Kokushibo giving me a hand as Daki walked ahead of me.

"-But why didn't you tell me right away, Daki?!" I cried out very quietly, almost to myself, emotions overwhelming me.

"-Some demon has defeated the sun. How is that possible? Where are they now...." A thousand thoughts swarmed through my mind as I finally came down the stairs, hurrying with Kokushibo and Daki to a large, spacious living room illuminated by moonlight from the shoji doors that were wide open, leading to the zen garden outside. The water of the lotus pond glistened, and the cool night air came in, blowing my hair slightly

Gyutaro and Hantengu were already sitting on the tatami floor.

"-It's good that you're already here." said Upper Moon Five, standing up and walking over to us.

And then I heard quiet whine

"-Agh... where are Akaza-sama and Douma-sama? Did something happen to them?"

Gyutaro frowned slightly, turning his head to Upper Moon Four near

"-They'll ..." he began,
just as two moonlit figures appeared in the sliding doorway leading to the streets:
Akaza and Douma, their breathing a little ragged as they entered the room.

Their expressions were calm, but their smell showed that even they were nervous.
At this point, Douma spoke up.
"-I'll go tell Muzan-sama that everyone is summoned." he said, and quickly left the room.

(No one's POV:)

You walked over to Akaza, and opened your arms slightly, looking into his eyes.

He immediately understood you, and hugged you, lifting you up.

You leaned against him, hugging him tightly, and Akaza left a quick tiny kiss on your hair, and stared at the same point, stroking the back of your head.

Under normal circumstances, the other Upper Moons would have wondered since when would the Upper Moon Three act affectionate towards someone, but now it didn't raise any questions.

It was because what everyone now was about to hear from him what could change their lives forever, and all the Upper Moons now realized this.

But then you felt a little calmer, and you loosened your embrace. Akaza immediately let go of you.

Not even a minute later, Y/n heard footsteps approaching the room, and all the Upper Moons immediately bowed to the floor.

"-Greetings, Muzan-sama." Kokushibo said without raising his head.

"-Greetings." his voice was heard, along with the sound of him sitting down on the couch next to him.
"-I'll get right down to business. You may raise your heads."

Immediately, all the Upper Moons obeyed, looking up from their bowed, floor-level gaze at him.

"-Tonight, as you already know, the reason I have gathered you here is extremely unusual." he said calmly.

But still, there was something strange in the undertone of his voice, something that sent shivers down Y/n's spine.

"-One of the demons defeated the sun. I..."

Suddenly, out of nowhere, Y/n let out
"-Muzan-sama!"

He stopped and turned his gaze to her, his eyebrows rising in question. His scent changed dramatically.

Immediately, Y/n realized how big a mistake she had just made, and she felt her heartbeat become frantic and her pulse start to be heard in her ears.
But Y/n managed to collect her thoughts

"-My Lord, forgive my unprecedented boldness, my curiosity got the better of me for a second. But what do you want to do with this demon?"

Kibutsuji quietly scoffed

"-That's exactly what I was going to say."
He said, and the sound of silky fabric could be heard as he stood up from the couch, approaching Upper Moons in a low bow before him
"-Tonight, one demon girl defeated the sun. The fact that one of the demons after so many hundreds of years of my trying defeated the sun means that other demons can do it too." all the Upper Moons abruptly felt their pulse quicken as they heard these words.

"-But to make that possible, I have to devour her. That way, my blood cells in her blood that got able to overcome the sun will enter my bloodstream again, and all my blood will adapt in the same way, and the ability to withstand the sun will be passed on to me."

All of the Upper Moons listened mesmerized, looking into the eyes of their Demon Lord as he continued to speak.

"-So, the one of you who brings me her tonight will be the first to be bestowed with my precious blood, mercifully granting the ability to withstand the sun after I do."

Suddenly your eyes widened as Muzan made eye contact with you, and your cheeks turned red, as you stared in his crimson red eyes.

"-Let it be your guide that demon girl wears a pink patterned kimono with a green sash, and has a pink tie in her hair. "

"-The meeting is over. You can leave right now." And then, as if nothing had happened, he simply walked out to his room, as you watched him go.

But then, as his form disappeared around the corner, you darted out shoji door  outside, disappearing into the darkness of the forest. Just like all the Upper Moons.

You thought to yourself about what you had just heard, and energy surged through your body.

You recognized who Kibutsuji was talking about. It was Nezuko.

Nezuko, the sister of Tanjiro Kamado, the boy with the hanafuda earrings you killed.

And you understood why Muzan made eye contact with you when he spoke. Even though he was addressing all the Upper Moons, he was counting on you in that.

Your cheeks flushed again, and you sped up your run through the night coniferous forest, smirk spreading all over your face.

The only thing that was going through your mind was that you would be the one to bring her Muzan tonight.

You, and no one else.
