Maya's pov:

The next day, I was peacefully sleeping when I was abruptly awakened by someone calling my name. Still half-asleep and disoriented, I thought I must be dreaming. After what felt like an eternity, I felt someone jumping on me, and the voice became more persistent. "MAYAAA, WAKE UP!"

With a tired sigh, I finally forced my eyes open, and to my surprise, I was met by the sight of Lando. I blinked in confusion. "Lando, how the hell did you get into my house?" I asked, still trying to process the unexpected visit.

He grinned mischievously. "Charles gave me the emergency keys you gave him because I told him I was sad and needed to talk to you."

Concerned for my friend, I asked, "Are you really sad?"

Lando's smile faded, and his expression became more solemn. "Well yeah, me and Luisa broke up."

I could see the sadness in his eyes and felt a pang of sympathy. "Are you okay?"

Lando sighed. "You don't wanna know why we broke up."

I understood his hesitation but was willing to listen if he wanted to share. "I mean, if you want to tell me, you can, but you don't have to."

He hesitated for a moment, then finally spoke. "It's because of all the hate she's receiving from fans, I could see it was really taking a toll on her, and it also felt like we argued over the tiniest things that occurred "

I could see the toll it had taken on him, and I nodded in understanding. "Oh, well, if it was really meant to be, you'll find your way back to each other."

Lando managed a small, appreciative smile. "Yeah, I think so too."

Looking at him, I changed the subject. "Are you doing anything today?"

Lando shook his head. "No, why?"

I grinned. "Well, Lando, today is going to be a Lando and Maya day. So, what do you want to do? But first, let's take a nap."

Lando chuckled and nodded. "I'm honored to have a whole day with you. Yeah, let's nap first."

With that settled, we both settled back into bed, ready to catch up on some much-needed rest before embarking on our day together.

After about 40 minutes of rest, I heard familiar voices entering my room. Charles was here, and I couldn't help but wonder why everyone had decided to visit my home today. I turned around and was met by the sight of Charles and Max. Max's presence surprised me, and I couldn't help but think, "Why is he everywhere?"

I told them I'd meet them in the living room since Lando was still sleeping. I quickly put on my robe and made my way to the living room. Charles and Max were already on the sofa when I arrived.

I couldn't help but ask, "How did you get in?" Charles answered, "Lando left the door unlocked."

I nodded and replied, "Alright, okay. So, what do I owe this visit?"

Max spoke up, saying, "We wanted to check on Lando, and Charles said he was here."

I nodded again and told them, "I can wake him up if you'd like." They both nodded in agreement, so I made my way to my room, with Max inexplicably following me.

I sat on the bed and gently nudged Lando. "Lando, wake up."

He was already waking up, looking at me with a sleepy expression. Without warning, he put his arm on my head and playfully pushed me down onto the bed. "Can't we sleep a little bit more, please?"

I chuckled and said, "I would love that, but unfortunately, we have company."

Lando looked confused. "Who?"

"Max and Charles," I replied. "They want to see you."

He sighed and agreed, "Okay, I'll be out in a minute."

"Alright, Lando, can you let me go?" I asked with a playful smile. He let me go, and when I stood up to go back I see Max standing silently in the room, just looking, what a weirdo. I joined Charles in the living room. Lando also came out after a few minutes. We all decided to go out for lunch together, a gesture of support for Lando during a tough time.

After a delicious meal, Charles mentioned that he had plans to spend some time with Alex. With his departure, it was just Lando, Max, and me left for the day. Lando suggested, "Should we watch a movie and invite a few people over"

Both Max and I agreed, and we decided to pick up some snacks and drinks before our movie marathon. We headed to a shop near my house to grab what we needed.

While browsing the snack aisle, Lando received a call and said, "I'll be back, just make sure to get some M&Ms."

As Lando went off to take his call, Max and I were left alone with the snacks. It was clear that Max wanted to say something but was hesitating. Finally, I broke the silence, "Is there something you want to say?"

He looked at me with a hint of frustration in his eyes. "Why do you hate me, Maya? We used to be friends before you even knew Charles."

I paused, not wanting to delve into the past at that moment. "Max, I don't hate you," I replied sincerely.

He seemed to search for something in my eyes. "Then what is it? We had a good friendship before all this."

I sighed, realizing this conversation was inevitable but not wanting to get into it now. "Max, I promise we'll talk about it tomorrow, and I'll tell you everything."

He nodded, seeming somewhat relieved. "Promise?"

"I promise, Max, but I never hated you, just so you know."

Max looked at me and smiled, "Understood."

I extended my pinky finger toward him."Let's just have fun today, for Lando."

intertwining his pinky finger with mine.He agreed, saying, "I promise, for Lando."

We gathered the needed snacks and headed to the checkout. As we left the shop, we noticed Lando finishing up his call. He joined us, and we walked back home, engaging in lively conversation along the way.

When we returned, we set out the snacks with Lando's help, and Max took care of blankets and extra pillows. Soon, Alex Albon, Lilly, and Pierre arrived, and we all settled on the sofa. Lily greeted me with a hug and a kiss on the cheek, and said " I've missed you babe, where have you been" so dramatic. " what do you mean, we message each other like everyday" I said. Lily chuckled and said " Im more of a face 2 face girly" we kept out conversation, Lily was really a kind hearted, sincere women. While I was talking to her I felt Pierre playfully lifted me off my feet, spinning me around.

"Pierre, let me down!" I laughed.

He finally obliged, and we all gathered on the sofa to watch a Marvel movie of Lando's choice. I sat between Max and Lando, and to my surprise, I didn't feel uncomfortable at all next to Max. In fact, I caught him smiling at me, and I smiled back.

We were engrossed in the movie, and as time passed, I started to feel drowsy. Eventually, the comfort of the sofa, the warmth of Max and Lando's presence, and the soothing sounds of the movie lulled me to sleep, creating a peaceful ending to an eventful day.
