I sit with Hope and Faith in my lap as I read them a story, ignoring the voices I can hear downstairs or the fact that neither Elijah and Klaus haven't come to check on me or the twins even though they should have been back hours ago.

As I finish the story, Hope and Faith drift off to sleep in my arms. I carefully place them in their crib, tucking them in and kissing their foreheads before quietly leaving the room. I reach our bedroom room when I feel an extremely painful burst of pain radiating through me, a familiar pain, which makes me grip the doorway as I wait for it to pass.

I take a deep breath and steady myself, steeling my resolve against the agony before vamping down the stairs and into the living room where I find Kelsey, Marcel, Lucien, Rebekah, Kol and Freya standing around, looking frantic.

My eyes land on Lucien, who is drinking from a blood bag and I glare at him, "What is he doing here?"

All eyes turn to me but no one speaks.

I move forward and hold onto the piano, my attention focused on Kol, Rebekah and Freya, "Where is Elijah?"

They stay silent, no one saying a word which makes me huff out, "Okay, What about Klaus? Where is Klaus?"

Still no reply.

"Where the fucking hell are my husbands?!" I demand before clenching my jaw.

They exchange glances, and I can sense the tension in the room. Something isn't right. I can feel it in my bones.

"Where are they?" I ask again, my voice sharp and demanding. I can feel the fear creeping up on me, threatening to overwhelm me if I don't get an answer soon.

"The Strix have them." Marcel answers and I close my eyes, exhaling a shuddering breath as I try to process the information.

"The Strix?" I repeat, my voice barely above a whisper.

"They took them while we were out," Kelsey explains, her voice tense, "We tried to stop them, but there were too many of them."

I grab my belly as I am hit by another another wave of pain which makes me wince audibly.

"Are you okay, Phoebe?" Rebekah questions as she moves towards me, grabbing my arm to steady me.

"Just fucking great." I grit out, "My husbands have been kidnapped by a fantic cult who want to kill them. Not to mention the fact that I-"

Before I can finish my sentence, my water breaks, drenching the floor beneath me.

The room falls silent as everyone unsure of what to do while Lucien twists his face in disgust.

"Not to mention the fact that I am in active labor." I finish.

"Phoebe, you need to focus on giving birth to this baby. We will get Elijah and Nik back." Freya tells me as Rebekah moves me over to the couch, looking at me with concern.
