I stand in a field, the wind blowing as I stare at the engraved words on the gravestone in front of me.

Baby Mikaelson.

I swallow hard as I place flowers down while listening to Faith, Hope and Henrik playing behind me.

As I bend down to place the flowers on the grave, a sudden gust of wind blows the petals away. I watch as the flowers dance in the air, their delicate beauty fading away into nothingness.

A feeling of emptiness washes over me, the memories of my lost child flooding back in an instant. I close my eyes, trying to block out the pain, but it's no use.  It's like a wound that never fully heals, always there to remind me of what I lost.

A warm hand touches my shoulder but I don't turn around, already knowing who it is.

"How did you find us?" I ask, not bothering to turn my head towards him.

"I followed the trail of bodies that you left." Shaun says as he moves forward and stands next to me. "And Delilah called, saying that you were on the run and might be in need those items that you asked for four years ago."

I say nothing still looking down at the two gravestones at me feet as Shaun digs into his pocket, producing three small wrap around bracelets and similar necklace.

"It took forever to track down another pair of antimagic shackles to create these. But you know me, never one to give up." Shaun says, trying to fill the silence between us.

I finally turn to him, taking the items from his hand. "Thank you," I say softly, feeling grateful for his loyalty even after all these years.

"Are you okay?" Shaun asks, concern etched on his face as I up, watching my kids play.

I don't answer him once again, my mind lost in thought.

Shaun grabs my shoulder and forcefully turns me to face him, "What happened?"

I take a deep breath and look up at Shaun, trying to find the right words to say. "Too much."
