I added a couple scenes to the end of the last chapter, so be sure to check that out if you missed it.
=============================

     Serizawa felt he was being stalked on his way to work. He just had a feeling...as all psychics do. It wasn't threatening, but, while he was on his way home from work, shuffling along the vacant sidewalk of the half destroyed town, the brunette stopped in his tracks.

     "Whoever you are, show yourself!" He demanded with that newly gained confidence of his. He spun at once to the shuffling around of discarded trash bags at his left. He eeped, quick to remind himself not to attack first. After all... it could just be an innocent raccoon or something.

     No.. this felt human.

     A blond shoved a large metal trash bin to the side and squeezed out of that den of a hiding spot. "Ho, hey, woah, let-let's not get hasty here!" It was a man with short blond hair, a scar cut diagonally through his forehead. He wore a torn gray and black costume under some discarded jeans and jacket he now wore. Serizawa gasped. He stumbled a step forward as the new guy neared, his brown eyes open wide with wonder. "I- I come in peace in case you didn't notice!" Holding his hands high and his head low, the villain approached with caution. Serizawa stood still, listening and watching carefully as the familiar face neared. "Li-li-listen, alright..? I know this must be kinda weird, since I'm just kinda popping out of the blue. Once was dead, now am not. I-- I get the feeling you know what my quirk is already, but in case you don't, hi, I'm Twice.. I- I can create perfect replicas of myself and other people. So...guess the guy you worked with was just one of my doubles... Sorry. If-it helps any, you can try to see me more as just your old coworker but with amnesia or something--"

     Serizawa caught the other man by surprise by striking out to Gran him in a hug. Just a little shocked... Okay, a lot. Bro thought he was gunna die for a second! The brunette squeezed the other tightly before letting go. "It's good to see you again..."

     Jin's now freed arms rose slowly, reaching out for the other again. His eyes were positively brimming with tears. "I know I'm a full grown man and all...but can I have another hug?" A couple tears entered the corners of Serizawa's eyes too.

     He nodded. "..Sure." ...Didn't care in the moment that his friend smelled like garbage.

------------

     Izuku Midoriya was not waking up. His body was a liar, claiming to be completely fine while the child inside was trapped in a comatose state.

     It had been three days and still his body refused to move. If not for the very slow rhythm of his heartbeat and occasional struggling breaths, it would seem though he were completely dead. His cells had been torn apart and stitched back together on such a frequent basis that by the time he finally fainted, his skin could cook a meal. This was why the doctors first feared his body might develope cancer, due to all the friction. Thankfully, that didn't play out as they feared.

-----

     "Let me GO, you idiot!!" Bakugo pushed and shoved against his classmates in the hospital. Seemed like everyone was against him, not allowing the now armless firey teen to reach the fainted one. "Why won't you let me?!" He had to forcibly drag them all along through the halls.

     "The teachers say he needs his rest!!" Kirishima grunted, about ready to dig his feet into the floor if necessary.

     "You do too, man! You're still real low on blood, right?!" Sero tugged on the blond from behind. Bakugo broke into a raging fit where the majority of his vocabulary consisted of swears.
