3 | First Day of School

][ Previously: Mob arrived on the UA campus where he would be staying in the newly built dorms. Reigen and his crew also moved into town. Mob met some of his classmates for the first time. Chaos ensuing. ][

     Mob was really tired and ended up going to bed early before the rest of the class could even arrive. This led to a lot of confusion in the living room while he was asleep.

     "Ohhh! I just want to open his door and see what he looks like! Just a peak!" Hagakure, the invisible girl, squee'd. Most everyone was sitting or standing around in an unprofessional circle, just chilling and talking about the new student.

     "Girl, that's creepy!!" A couple others exclaimed.

     "Not-not like THAT! I'm just so curious! I wonder what he looks like!"

     "Ugh.. He's not even interesting to look at." Bakugo groaned on his throne of a couch, which he refused to share with anyone but Kirishima. "He's like..super short. -- not as short as Mineta, ew-"

     "WHAT DID I EVEN DO?!"

     "And he's got a lame-a## bowl cut."

     "His quirk is pretty cool, though!" Deku leapt in his sofa.

     "EVERYONE'S QUIRK IS COOL TO YOU, B-" Bakugo threw a pillow at Deku, which did little more than confuse the heck out of the greenette.

     "I wonder why they would introduce a new student to the class so late into the year." Tsu pointed to her chin and thought aloud. "Not to mention with everything that's been going on, I would expect to see more people leave than stay."

     "I dunno, man. Maybe he just wants to be in on the fun!" Kirishima smirked while raising his fist a little.

     "He..doesn't really seem to be that kind of person..." A large drop of sweat rolled down Izuku's face. "In fact, I think I may have scarred him away with all my questions... He got really defensive around the end and asked to go to the bathroom. ... I haven't seen him since."

     "HAH! That's nerd's going to be more scared of you than he is of me!" Bakugo boasted a smile.

     "Yeah, Deku, maybe tone it down a little next time.." Uraraka suffered from second hand embarrassment.

     "I know I know, I'm sorry! I'll apologize to him when I get the chance!"

     "Hm... Well, no matter the reason he joined, if he had the confidence and ability to do so this late in the year, he must be really powerful..." Todoroki thought.

     "Yeah, that's true." Momo added. "Shoto and I were recommended but still had to go through a pretty tough testing phase. I don't think they have those this late in the year."

     That's where Bakugo cut in again. "-Yeah yeah, sure. He's probably just some government guy's kid or nephew who wanted to go to UA last second and will leave in only a week or two when he realizes how hard this hero stuff really is... Pssh, he's probably a little brat under that soft boy facade.. like you Mineta."

     "STOP TARGETING ME ALREADY!!"

     The sound of a plastic cup hitting tile shook everyone in their seats. All eyes snapped to the dark figure in the lightless kitchen.

     "Oh- sorry. Didn't mean to scare you all. I'm just thirsty." The stranger spoke softly, bending down to pick up the empty plastic cup he'd just dropped.
