"Where's our friend? What did you do to him?"
Sara questioned the man boldly. They were astonished by the way Bryan disappeared.

"I said where's he!" Sara cried

The heavy fog that clouded everywhere cleared out.

"Look beneath you." He said

They looked down and they saw that they where floating over a river of blood. Lesley's eyes watered hoping it wasn't Bryan's blood. She didn't want anyone else to die.

"This can't be happening." Sara nodded her head negatively.

He made it clear that if they want to pass someone had to die.

"You want to fix your town? Now you are free." He said calmly

They gazed at each other with tones of questions running through their mind. Two of them were dead meaning the rest were on thin ice. Wonder the river or what so ever but if you have the chance to leave, please leave." He muttered under his voice and sailed his boat away.

They remained silent and continued to gaze at the blood surrounding them. Bryan was really dead and they couldn't do anything to stop it. Lesley made all of them feel guilty for Bryan's death but Sara didn't see the use of blaming themselves. It was obvious that they didn't see it coming. Lesley on the other hand, kept on insisting that it was their fault
"We just stood there and let him die." She said. Her face furrowed and she kept on whimpering as tears rolled down her cheeks. She sat down slowly placing her palm on her clammy forehead. "Bryan is dead!" She kept on stating

Sara placed her hands on Lesley shoulders and tried sympathizing with her.
In a calming tone, she said
"There was nothing we could do. It all happened suddenly."

"Poor Bryan." John was mostly hurt. He was the closest to Bryan and seeing him die in such a bizarre and unexpected manner was a really daunting experience for him. Seeing the boat they were in floating on Bryan blood was also traumatic.
"Why are we even here. Fuck Williams!... what do we know we want to find." John angrily said

"Bryan Warned us but you wouldn't listen Sara. This is—s kinda your fault." John started pouring his aggression on Sara.

"If we'd listen to him, he will still be here. We have to go home." Lesley slowly moved Sara's hands away form her shoulders and was ready to leave at all cost.

"What!. Home!. We can't leave now. We are almost there." Sara was slightly agitated by Lesley's sudden decision.

"You know what Sara stop being so self-centered. Our friend is dead." Lesley replied

She continued by saying what Bryan said when they were resting. Bryan mentioned about old man telling him to back down on the journey by they continued anyway.
"Bryan said all that. Your stupid selfishness brought about his dead." Tears was pouring down her eyes and her hands began to vibrate. She was so hurt and angry at everything.

"We leave, everyone in Tenby dies." Sara made them remember what was at stake

"We stay, we all die. When we die there will be no Tenby to safe." Lesley wanted Sara to come to her senses and they should all return home.

Since when Sara's mom and sister died, her feelings died along with them. All she cared about since then was to avenge their deaths even if it cost the lives of those she knew. Lesley came to the realization some days ago that the reason Sara was really concern of coming here was to avenge her family's death.

Lesley couldn't allow Sara's damaged self end her life.
"If you guys want to leave, then leave. Only if you can swim back home." Sara scoffed

"You are out of your mind Sara." John whispered

"So you think I'll leave this boat for you guys and die out here? Hahaha... NO" she gave a maniacal laugh

"When did you become like this Sara. Look around you. Open your damn eyes!" John was getting freaked out at Sara's behavior and the what was surrounding them wasn't so chilling.

Sara moved closely and whispered
"You guys don't have any other choice than to continue with me. I'm not turning this wretched boat around."

Lesley squeezed her hands and was breathing heavily. She didn't know when she raised her fist to punch Sara in the face
"Ah!" Sara screamed as the punch landed on her nose.

Blood dribbles down her nose hole and she groaned in pain.

"Argh! You bitch! You broke my nose."

"And I'll do it again psycho."

On the point of Sara's retaliating, John tried holding Sara down preventing her from attacking Lesley. Sara struggled to break lose from John but she couldn't. He held her down so tightly. Sara wanted to hit Lesley so bad so she had a chance to pull out pocket knife and stabbed John in the neck so that she could be free by any means.

The knife pierced through john's neck. Suddenly, he started chocking and was looking for the little amount of air that could pass through his lungs at that moment. He held onto the spot and they could see from his eyes he didn't want to leave. "John!" Lesley wailed
He fell still struggling for life. Lesley ran over to him and hunch over his body. His face seemed slightly purple.
Lesley held his hands as he gave his last gasp.

"No no!. John wake up! Nooo!" Lesley continued wailing. She held his shirt and started shaking him hoping he will get up.

"Oh my God." Sara threw the pocket knife on the floor of the wooden boat.

"Lesley, I didn't mean to." She took gentle steps towards Lesley

"Get the hell away from me. You've gone mad! You killed John! Looks at him. He's dead!"

Lesley stood up immediately and avoided any contact with Sara. She was terrified of Sara. No one was there to save Lesley.
"I'm sorry Lesley." Sara kept on moving closer with john's blood on her hands

"So you were planning to kill me all along." Lesley said

"What no... I wouldn't. It was a freak accident." Sara tried defending herself. She didn't want to be known as a murderer.

"Stay away from me freak!" Lesley continued to pull back until she almost fell into the bloody water.

"Let's throw his body into the water and continue. We are almost there" Sara sounded mad. Her eyes brightened and she wanted John's body gone as soon as possible. She wiped her bloody hands against her perfectly sized check shirt. As she was about to move closer, Lesley yelled;
"Stay away from him. I can't believe you." Lesley wished what was happening wasn't real but it was all real.
John's body became purple as time went on

"So what do we do now?" Sara asked

"Shut up, I need to think." Lesley replies harshly

Lesley broke into tears again and gazed at john's helpless body. Sara tried moving closer to Lesley to console her but Lesley didn't give any room.

"You need help Sara. You really need help."
