Chapter 9: Past

Hi! This chapter is the longest so far, even longer than Omega part 1 and 2(I think). Morro and Kai talk a lot together in this chapter, and there might be some scenes that sound like a ship moment. But it is not a ship. So don't worry about that(srry to those who ship them).

(Kai's Pov)

I was running, carrying unconscious Morro. Beside me was Master Garmadon and Harumi. On Master Garmadon's back was Lloyd and in Harumi's hands was the Golden Armor. Then Lloyd woke up, saw what position we were in, grabbed all of us and teleported them onto the bounty. But by doing that, he created chaos.

"What!? How!? Where did you come from?" Cole yelled.

"Oh FSM! Are you guys ok?" Nya cried.

"We must treat the injuries," Zane stated, scanning us and Pixel instantly went to grab the med kit.

"GUYS!!! WHY DOES LLOYD HAVE HORNS!? AND WINGS!? AND SCALES!? AND TAILS!?" Jay screamed at the top of his lungs.

It took some time to get everyone settle down, especially Jay. But when they managed, Zane and Pixel came to bandage our wounds. Though, they couldn't do a lot for Lloyd due to his power keep zapping them.  Actually, his powers zapped everyone that tried to touch him except for me, Harumi, and Master Garmadon. So Harumi and I just carried him to one of the spare rooms and laid him down on the bed, putting the blanket on him before closing the door.

For Morro, he was almost fully healed and thankfully, his power didn't zap any of us.  He looked fine except his gi ripped where the wounds should be and a unfamiliar bracelet(which DID zap every one of us when we tried to touch it). We brought him to his room and laid him down on his bed too, putting the blanket on him before going out.

For the rest of us, we had some scratches and wounds, but all the terrible ones were all healed somehow.  The good side was that we still had the Golden Armor with us and the others got to evacuate all of the citizens that escaped into the bounty. Apparently, they were in the basement and training area.

We were flying to the monastery, when Morro woke up. 

"Morro!" we cried as we saw him coming into the control room.

After Zane scanning him and telling us nothing was wrong, Morro asked.

"Where's Lloyd?"

"He's in one of the spare bedrooms, still asleep," Zane answered.

"Can I see him?" he asked.

"Of course, he is in the furthest one from the training area," Zane nodded.

I watched Morro leaving with a grim look. I saw Harumi noticing it too, so I went to follow him.

I waited outside of the room that Morro has went in, waiting for Morro to come out. There was a lot of strange things about Lloyd. Everything he did and said never fit together.

The first thing that I remember about Lloyd was a cheerful, kind-hearted prince of Ninjago. Who was called Yin at that time. He was very kind and bright, he loved his parents and the citizens of Ninjago. He even went through the trouble of going out at night with Harumi to give food to the poor. No one should've expected that he was a villain.

But he was. He exploded the palace, killing many people that was in there, including his parents, the Emperor and the Empress. He was the Hidden one. He was the one who hid behind many masks. He was an oni, and tricked all of us to think that he was just a broken prince who just lost his parents. He tricked Morro and Harumi to lead him to the oni temple. He somehow knew that Morro was part oni.
