So this was a bit rushed. I thought about making it into two different parts, but I was like, "Nah, too much work," and I didn't. So the transition between the first part and the second part is a bit weird. I'm guessing a lot of grammar errors, so feel free to correct me about it. (It's also like somewhat of a filler chapter I think, but I'm not sure.)

(No one's Pov)

The blond oni walked through the forest that was surrounding the monastery. He kept stumbling and panting, beads of sweat trickled down his face which had golden, black, and silver scales here and there. Both sides of his horns and his tail were burnt almost all the way, smoke still coming out. His eyes kept changing red, silver, gold, and purple, never staying on one color for more than 3 seconds. But most strangely, his body glowed in purple and black, with gold and silver coming out here and there, only to be consumed by the darker colors.

"Damn it. If that sleepyhead doesn't survive, I swear, I'm going to feed him to Wojira," the blond huffed as he leaned onto a tree near by, slowly falling to the ground.

"Why bother? You wouldn't be alive to do it anyway," A raspy voice taunted him from the shadows.

"Shut up," the blond growled.

"Awww, is little Lloyd mad?"

"I suggest you shut up if you don't want to feel that power again."

"Oh, but you're so, so, so weak and scared if that power. You always act like your tough and cold, but in reality, you just want love and protection. No wonder you lost control at that flying ship," the voice chuckled as Lloyd flinched, his face getting pale, "Yes Lloyd. Did you forget it already? You almost killed them, just like how you did it to her parents. Who was her name again? Harumi?"

"It was an accident. I didn't mean to  do it, I didn't wanted to do it..." said Lloyd, his voice shaky.

"Hmmm, but you never wanted to hurt other people either, but you did."

"No... S-shut up..."

"You are a cursed child, grandson of FSM. A cursed child with a cursed power. Yes, a perfect definition of you. Little child, why do you work so hard? Why do you lock me up inside you? Why do you try to live when you cause others trouble and harm? Why?"

"Stop!!"

A blast of silver energy exploded out of Lloyd, silencing the voice and lighting up the woods.

"I'm not falling for your tricks, Overlord. I'll never give you my powers."

The blond shakily got up, steading himself before starting to walk towards the place that he wanted to call home.

(Time Skip)

The blond shakily sat down on the steps of the Ninja's home. His almost burnt horns and tail now gone along with his scales. His eyes had once agin turned back to its normal shade of green. He could sense them getting closer every minute.

'Only one or two hours left until they reach the front of the mountain,' he thought.

Lloyd's ear twitched as he heard the old door creak few steps behind him, followed by a set of familiar footsteps. He watched the horizon as his cousin sat beside him.

"So, how much time do we have?" the raven boy asked.

"About one to two hours," Lloyd answered shortly, still staring at the horizon.

"Hm, and I'm guessing you went to see Mistake?"

Lloyd nodded.

"Come on, let me see them."

Lloyd rolled his eyes, but let his cousin pulled the sleeve of his hoodie up, revealing a see-through arm like a ghost. The ghost-like look continued until where his arm met his shoulder. But the difference here, it was actually like a ghost. Morro could put his hand through the arm and it will just go through.

"It didn't get worse...?" Morro asked, suspicious.

"No it did not," Lloyd said as he tapped his fingers on the steps. Morro sighed and grabbed his other hand, also pulling the sleeve up. On his forearm, was a transparent spot. The bright side was that it was only a spot, not the whole arm.

"It didn't get worse, huh?" He raised his eyebrow at the blond, who stared at the ground and refused to meet the raven's eyes, "I'm going to drop the topic here, but you shouldn't be using your power like that. Especially when the onis are near."

"I'll be fine. I've been through worse," Lloyd shrugged, tugging his hands away and pulling the sleeve back down.

"Also, you are terrible at lying," Morro said as he got up. "To me at least."

"I am not!" Lloyd exclaimed as he got up too.

"You used to have a habit of tapping your fingers whenever you lied, and you were doing it just now," The raven pointed out. Lloyd opened his mouth to say something, but closed it, letting out a little "hmph". Which made Morro chuckle. "Good to see something didn't change," He smiled, which made his cousin roll his eyes.

"Morro?" The door opened behind them, the green ninja coming out of it, "Oh, and uh... Lloyd. Umm, how are you feeling?"

"Just as always, Greenie. Wanting to yeet all of you ninjas off this cliff to the onis."

"Uh, no. You're not going to do that. Actually it should be me doing that to you."

"Ok," Morro said as he stepped in between the blond and the green ninja, "You can do that after the onis are gone. So, what' up, Harumi?"

"Meeting before the onis come," said Harumi still glaring at Lloyd, "Last chance to plan something."

"Actually," Lloyd said like he was talking about the weather, "The onis are coming way quicker. So you ninjas only have like 20 minutes now, 25 if you are lucky."

Morro and Harumi looked at Lloyd like they were hoping it was a joke.

"What? It's not my fault that the endless amount of stairs doesn't exhaust them. Let's go, people! We have hundreds or even thousands of onis wanting and will be more than glad to kill us!"
