Hey people, I know this one took a while but it's finally here so have fun reading it,📖💣

I kept rewriting it so I could get the best possible version I could make of it and I think this is it, I'm not sure if it's bad or okay but read it with an open heart, 😁

Also thanks for more than a hundred reads, appreciate you guys. ✨🍀

The bridge lit an enchanting like glow with every step, a silent and kind welcome into this far but near part of the world, a place that existed in both fictional and non fiction world,

The atmosphere felt different beyond the arch bridge, pleasently welcoming and attracting, it was as if it sung a melody that called to the one crossing into this magical piece of land, leading them step by step into the shadows of the beautifully bloomed trees, where no one ever returned to say what was beyond and the ones who did, dared not to say a word,

It was like an unspoken rule in the town of Pine Falls, one no one set but all chose to follow, one all feard to even mention for maybe they would also be called, sung into a melodic trans that would lead them gently into the shadows but would not be as kind when it came to returning them to their homes,

All knew this except for one Xavier Laine, despite the warning of his soul bound spirit, he took a deep interest to the arch that led into the so called fairy territory and there he was, eyes lit as bright as the stars, step by step entering the land of beautiful shadows, breath matching the beautiful melody that called to him,

A few more steps would welcome him but fortunately, a strong grip pulled him backwards, throwing him back to his starting point, the glow of the stars leaving his eyes and the beautiful song slowly silencing to let in the rants of quite an angry looking ghost,

"Do the words, DO NOT GO THERE, mean nothing to you?" Nate said, "well you technically never directly said that" Xavier said standing up and dusting himself off, "Yeah, and I'm now questioning that decision" Nate scoffed, "so the one time you manage to land on anything other than your face, you end up in the worst place you could be in this entire forest" he continued, "well at least I got it right this time" Xavier said, a small laugh escaping his mouth, "this is not a joke, do you know what fairies do to people" Nate said aggressively and yet with a worried tone, "I know, and I'm sorry, I just needed a distraction, this whole werewolf thing is not an easy pill to swallow" Xavier said, "I know" Nate let out a breath that sounded like he had been holding in for a while, "being a werewolf is not the easiest thing to deal with" he continued, "yeah no shit, i almost teared Chris's throat out at practice" Xavier sighed, "and that's why we train, to control those urges, and make sure you don't hurt anyone or even worse, yourself" Nate took a step closer, a re-assuring smile attempting to form on his lips,

"So are the fairies really that bad" Xavier looked beyond the arch bridge into the fog covered trees,
"trust me, they are" Nate said, "but other than that, there's something I wanted to show you" he added,

"really, what?"

"come with me" Nate said walking away from the stream,

He had led Xavier to an old and unstable looking tree house gently resting on a tree, tiny steps nailed onto the stem of the tree and a board written "Throp Brothers Rule" next to them,

"what it is this place?" Xavier said, "oh this, it's the creepy witch lair in which I am going to sacrifice you in exchange of coming back to life" Nate blankly said, "wait really" Xavier worryingly frowned, "im kidding, it a tree house genius" Nate chuckled, "my brother and I built it when we were kids but we stopped coming here when we joined the pack" he continued as Xavier awingly observed the small play house, "I used to come here a lot when things got tense or when I felt like ripping someone's throat out" Nate said, "it looks unstable" Xavier said, "oh it is, but that's the fun of it" Nate said letting out a small laugh,
