"You don't have to do this to me," Max begged.

Oh, I loved it when they started begging me for mercy, shit made me shiver.

I took another drag of my cigarette, "Tell me where he is and I'll make it quick, yeah?"

Max sobbed harder, he had snot running down his face into his mouth as his tears mixed with the sweat and blood on his face. A beautiful sight, truly.

He didn't say anything as I took the cigarette and pushed it onto his forehead, only yelped and gritted his teeth.

One of my men walked in and I took the knife from him, turning the blade in my hands. Brand new, sharp.

"I'm going to ask the same question, everytime you don't tell me the answer I'm going to take one of your senses away. Alright?" I told Max as he screamed and pleaded louder.

It all fell on deaf ears, unfortunately.

"Where is Howard Greeves?" I asked him, as I slid out the jacket.

Max stared at me and sobbed even harder, "What do you want from him?"

I smirked at Max if only he knew what I had planned. He'd have given up his location a few hours ago.

"Not telling me? Alright I'm taking your eyes first," I tell him, before I walk over and tilt his head back. He shuts his eyes screaming but I don't see that's going to do him much good.

It's not like I was going to cut his eyes out of his head, that's barbaric. No, I'm just going to ram my knife into his eyes and hope for the best.

I raised the knife and Max screamed, "OKAY OKAY,"

They always broke.

They all sat there through the electrocution and other beatings and really thought they weren't going to crack and then when they realised I had no line I wouldn't cross and they all gave up the information a few seconds after. I was growing tired of the same act.

I didn't say anything to Max, just took two steps back as I waited to hear his answer. And after, like I promised, I'd kill him quickly.

"He- he's here in Spain. But he's not here in Madrid he's in Barcelona. You can find him at La Amante on Friday night. After eight." Max blubbers and I glance at my two men.

I wasn't going to fucking remember that so they better. They nodded and then walked out. I didn't like killing people by hand with an audience.

The door slammed shut behind us and I walked over to the small wooden table behind me and picked up the loaded gun.

Max had gone quiet, possibly self-reflecting while he waited for the bullet to come. Only he didn't stay silent for too long.

"Tell me what you want with him, I'm going to die in a moment."

I decided I'd grant him that one wish.

"You see, Max, I plan to take over a mafia and in order to do that I need a lot of money and men and alliances. Now I have the first two but not the last. So, I've been going to all the respectable gangs in Spain and London and recruiting them." I tell him, playing with the gun.

"And you want an alliance with Howard?"

I shook my head at him, "No I need information from him about some people. And no I don't plan on asking kindly for him to tell me that, but everyone has a weakness and I know his." I inform Max as I cock the gun into place.

"Does the Ares Hernandez have a weakness?"

I faltered for a moment as I stared down at him. My weakness was gone, taken from me with little way of having her returned.
