"Don't let your Papa see you wearing that," Alana muttered as I walked into the limo.
I smirked at her, yes I had to admit I was dressed less like a bride more like a mistress but who cared?
I had snuck into Helen's room after she finally walked out to eat and grabbed her shortest white skirt.
If I leaned too far forward my ass cheeks would be out though I didn't think anyone would complain, I had a nice ass.
And my top was a dark purple colour which was very low cut, I also happened to not wear a bra with it. Though I did have a little silver tiara on and a sash hung from my shoulder saying bride in golden letters.
That's me being respectful to Ares.
The rest of my friends smiled and laughed as we took off down the road, I had somehow managed to sneak out of the house without bumping into any family or guards stopping me and sending me to change.
"So where is it we're going?" Lina asked me, grinning.
"Angels bar, please!" I called out to the driver, it was right in central London but far enough away I doubted I'd bump into anyone I knew.
The girls whooped and cheered and I quickly grabbed the champagne and filled my glass full.
"To the blushing bride-to-be!" Tilly said, raising her glass. We all cheered loudly and I smiled a little bit.
I was going to try and have as much fun as possible, Ares would not ruin this night for me.
Besides I'd be willing to bet he was doing some distasteful things himself. I didn't know of any brothel in London but I'm sure if there was one he'd be there.
I need to stop thinking about Ares, it's getting me pissed off and he's not even here. And if I think too hard I'd start smiling like a stupid child.
God his laugh. I hated it.
It made him human which I know sounds stupid but...Ares was meant to remain this mysterious arrogant killer to me but with a laugh like that?
It was hard to believe he was so terrible.
Enough.
After twenty minutes we were all climbing out of the car and walking into the bar. The minute we stepped foot inside I made a beeline for the bartender.
"Would you hate me if I asked you if I could be the one to control the music tonight?" I asked him, flashing him my most flirtatious smile.
He glanced at me, his eyes sparkling, "Mm perhaps I would but I'll let you do it for a price."
I nodded, of course, I reached into my clutch but as soon as I heard him laugh I looked back up at him and saw him shaking his head, "Not that kind of price,"
"My fiancée would kill you if he knew you asked me that," I responded, looking around. I was not joking. Not even a little bit.
"A kiss from you seems worth dying for." He replied, eyes sliding down to my top.
I blame my next decision on the bottle of champagne I had chugged, I leant over the bar and kissed him on the lips. Only for a moment.
Not the kiss he imagined but it was all I was willing to do, Ares was probably already buried in another girl as we spoke. So what did I care?
The bartender shrugged as he handed me the MP3 player and I smiled as I put all my favourites into the mix.
"Oh! Can I have a vodka shot, please? Just keep them rolling in." I told him as he poured a drink.
