After training and growing our bond for a few weeks an alert sends throughout the house, notifying us that JYP is calling. We head to the meeting room and Changbin answers the call on the TV. "Ah Straykids." JYP says approvingly, "Ive got some good news!" His face sterns a bit and he continues. "Theres a ball tonight, it'll give you a feel of the king and his accomplices. But be careful, this can be as harmful and it can be helpful." We nod, acknowledging the danger in the suddenly less exited atmosphere. "It is currently 12pm but the ball is at 10pm, That being said I've sent formal attire to your house and It should be coming soon, If you want to go out for a few accessories or just for fun, knock your selfs out. Never forget that you are kids too.." His voice trails off towards the end as pity accidentally shines through his gaze, turning it somewhat soft before hardening once more. "Good luck Straykids!" We say our goodbyes and JYP hangs up, leaving us to discuss with each other. "What should we do?" I ask and look at Chan and the others for suggestions. Chan smiles at me and speaks up, "I suggest we go and buy some stuff that we need and train for a bit after since we have really strengthened our abilities both individually and as a group." I nod and turn to the rest of the boys with a smile, "Is everyone ok with that?" They smile and agree, allowing us to get dressed and head outside to the van. Chan goes in the drivers seat and I follow, heading to the passenger seat next to him while the rest of the boys fill in the back. We start driving to the mall and park the car, taking and hiding one gun each just in case. The boys open the van door and Felix comes out first, walking to my door and gently opening it, holding his hand out for me to take. I smile at him and take his hand as he helps me out of the van. Chan comes out of the van as well and locks the car before we go inside and start shopping. Thank God being in the mafia earns you a hefty allowance. My hand stays interlocked with Felix's as we walk around occasionally splitting up but meeting back up every 30 minutes. Felix and I stay together as everyone branches out and we head to the clothing store, picking up some different types of attire before heading over to the makeup and accessory store. I begin to buy some makeup for tonight to add to my collection that was saved from the other house when I feel Felix's comforting hand leave me own, he whispers gently in my ear. "I'll he in the isle right behind you, Ill be right back." I hum and he kisses behind my ear, a sensation I've never felt before but wish was a regular feeling. I watch as he walks to the other isle and looks at the accessories. I pick out the makeup I need and remember that I need a lip tint for tonight. Before I turn around I watch Felix walk up to the cashier to pay for something, I smile at him and turn to the lip section. I pick the perfect shade for tonight and pay for my makeup. I turn around and see a beaming Felix, A subconscious smile breaks out on my face from his own rubbing off on me and he takes my hand in his once more. "What did you get?" He asks me and I smile in appreciation at his interest in me. "I just bought some makeup for tonight, you?" He gives me an even brighter smile if possible and stops walking, opening his bag and taking out two couples bracelets. "I got these for us." My smile brightens as well as he unclasps the bracelet and gently clasps it around my wrist. He tries to put his on his own wrist but fails miserably, making me laugh at his cuteness. I put my bag on the floor and take his bracelet in my hands, gently clasping it around his wrist. He smiles at me with a familiar emotion but I don't seem to mind it as much as I did in the beginning. He holds my hand in his and our bracelets dangle next to each other. "Do you like them?" I smile widely, nodding blissfully at the fact that he's the first person to ever buy me something like this. I let go of his hand and wrap my arms around his neck gently yet with vigor, he giggles and leans down slightly, wrapping his arms around my waist. "I love them Felix." He giggles once more, his hot breath sending goosebumps down my skin. "Woah! Hey you two!" Han teases from behind and Felix and I back out of our embrace, opting for hand holding instead. We turn to Han's voice and find the rest of Straykids standing with him. "JYP called us, he said we should get ready." Chan states with a smile and Felix and I nod, catching up to the group and walking outside to the van. We enter the van and start driving home as we give each other show and tells with our newly bought items. I really do love these boys. We get to the house and Chan pulls in the driveway, we exit the van and Felix keeps our hands together once more. We walk to the door and see a man dressed in black with a package. "This is from Mr. JYP, enjoy." We all seem a little skeptical at first but decide to shake it off. We take the box inside and open it, revealing our outfits for the ball. Excitedly yet filled with Nerves, we take our designated outfits and begin to get ready in our respective rooms.
