We reach the castle as the rain pours harder, prompting us to run inside and hide. Kai holds my wrist in his hand and looks me in the eyes, "For this to work, we need to pretend like I kidnapped you." I nod and Kai begins walking through the hallways. "Hey!" A yell is heard and a guard comes out of a hallway, Kai tenses and I nudge him with my shoulder, loosening him up. The guard nods his head towards me, "Whats with the girl?" Kai creates a sly smile on his face before answering the guard. "Just following orders." He shrugs with a smile and the guard nods, letting us go. Kai walks us through countless hallways, getting stopped only twice in total by two burly and suspicious guards. We pass the guard and Kai takes a key out of his pocket, letting go of me and unlocking the door. The door opens and the guards behind us appear, making Kai shove me in the room. I stumble in and Kai locks the door behind me. What the hell is he doing? I turn back to the door ignoring my surroundings. "I thought you said she was a prisoner?" Kai blanks for a moment before regaining his composure. "Exactly, hence the reason shes locked in this room." The voice huffs unimpressed. "You're going to keep her in there with the others?" The others! The boys pop in my head and I see them laying on the floor drowsy and unconscious. Beomgyu said three more hours about an hour ago. I sigh, we've got a long way to go. I begin walking to the boys when I hear the sound of impact. I turn around swiftly as grumbles are heard behind me, I turn once more to see Leeknow about to speak. I run to him and place my hand gently on his lips, I shake my head and he nods, understanding. I give him a soft smile, "Im glad your ok." He smiles still groggy and in pain, he looks at me with a questioning look and I smile softly, "Ill explain in just a second." He nods and a loud bang is heard from outside the door. I run to it and take out my gun. I open the door and pull Kai in as fast as I can, shooting the guard in the chest and knocking him in the head with my gun. His body thuds on the floor and I drag him to the corner where no one can see him. I huff and walk back into the room looking directly at Kai with my arms crossed. "I told you to get me in here not get yourself killed." He chuckles slightly as I offer him a hand, he takes it and stands up. "Now help me with these boys." We turn to them and Leeknow slowly stands up. I run to him and somehow convince him to sit down in one of the meeting chairs in front of us. I turn back around and Kai has I.N up and walking towards us, I give him a sweet smile and move on to Felix. I lean down and tap his shoulder softly, he doesn't move. Shit, Lix? I cup his face gently in my hands and shake his head. His eyes flutter open and relief floods my body. I sigh a large breath I didn't know I was holding and smile at him. He smiles at me and leans in, kissing my lips softly. My eyes widen and as he sees this he laughs. "You're cute." He states as I chuckle, "You're oblivious." I retort as he shakes his head, "I was knocked out last, I know more then the others." I smile at him and mod humorously, "Just focus on feeling better." He hums with a smile and I help him up, sitting him next to I.N. We get everyone settled and I head to the meeting table, sitting next to the now fully awake Leeknow and Kai. "So, whats going on?" Leeknow asks, looking at me intently. I smile at him and stand, pushing my chair in and grabbing Kai's arm, dragging him with me. "You were kidnapped and brought here. They confined me to my office and tried to kill me, I got out with a little help form JYP and Kai." I pause and look at each of them, checking to see if they're following along. I breathe in and continue, "I killed most of TXT, Kai killed Beomgyu and then we went here." They nod and I turn to Kai in expectance, allowing him to say whats about to happen when I realized I had no clue either. Kai breathes in and begins speaking, "The king will summon you all to a room in about-" he pauses, looking up at the clock and back to us. "In about an hour, what you will do in that room is a mystery." He looks down at the floor, "You could be tortured." He pauses and looks back up at us, "Or you could be judged based on your combat." He pauses, looking at me before continuing. "The only thing I really know is that he did this for you, Nyx." I furrow my eyebrows, looking at him and expecting an explanation. "All he's been talking about is you and when you two met at the gala." He pauses, looking back at the boys. "He knew you would come this way, or at least get captured by TXT." He pauses, letting out a frustrated breath. "I have no idea what kind of sick obsession he has with you but be careful." he turns to the boys, "All of you." We nod and a knock sounds on the door. Kai's eyes widen and I take charge. "Everyone lay on the floor and do not open your eyes." I whisper yell and they nod, getting out of their chairs and laying on the floor. I sit in a chair with an unpleasant expression and my arms crossed, signaling Kai to open the door. He nods and walks up to the door, opening it and revealing a man with a black face mask and a suit. "The king wants to see you Kai. Bid your goodbyes." My eyebrows furrow slightly. He turns his head to me and waves, I wink at him in reassurance and send him a soft smile of good luck. He leaves the room with the man and the door handle moves slightly, clicking. "Did they just lock the door?" The boys stand up as no ones left in the room and watch as I run to the door, wiggling the handle but it doesn't budge. "Were locked in."
