ch.7

jordyn still hadn't heard from olivia so she gave up trying to apologize wasn't that big of a deal.... well jordyn tried to convince herself it wasn't a big deal.

it had been a week and jordyn just woke up in her LA home and was chilling around her house taking calls and such for work. she was cooking in her kitchen and making coffee for breakfast when there was a knock at the door. jordyn paused her music and walked to her door assuming it was mail or something.

when jordyn opened the door here eyes met the very tall brunette actor who held a bouquet of flowers. jordyn gulped holding back tears that immediately wanted to come out just by seeing her ex boyfriend and the thought of how he hurt her.

jordyn: what- what are you doing here jacob
jacob: umm these are for you but i really really need to talk to you jordyn seriously
jordyn: what is there to talk about

jacob held the flowers out still as jorydn wasn't taking them

jacob: at least take the flowers.... please

jacob's voice was very soft almost like you could hear sadness in his tone and jordyn felt sympathy for him. she tapped her foot looking at the ground then back at the tall actor and she reluctantly took the bouquet of her favorite white flowers... tulips. she smiled at him weakly as she smelled them

jacob: umm well if your not busy i was hoping we could talk but if you don't want to i get it, you have every reason to hate me right now but i would really like to explain

jordyn just opened her door gesturing for him to came in and he smiled a bit as he came inside. jordyn closed the door following jacob as he entered her home hesitantly.
she felt nervous around him like she shouldn't be doing this because she knew she still loved him, loved him enough to want him back through the hurt. she spiraled as memories flooded her brain as he hadn't been in her home for a while. he sat at her kitchen island as she walked to turn off her stove

jordyn: ummm would you like coffee
jacob: sure i'd like some
jordyn: umm the usual?
jacob: yeah the usual

jacob smiled at jordyn and the way she knew how he took his coffee and jordyns stomach turned at the thought of him

Jordyn: so what did u want to talk about...?
jacob; umm well i'm really really sorry for the way things happened, and u wouldn't take any of my calls when i tried to explain right away but u never answered so i gave up but i feel like u still need to know my side jordyn
jordyn: which is...

jacob: i still love you i've never stopped loving you and i didn't cheat i was drunk with the guys and she pushed herself onto me and you know i get sleepy drunk so i wake up to a girl on me already and the video went viral jordyn

jordyn nodded handing him his coffee. it made sense.... it's not like his story didn't line up cuz it did... jordyn had watched that video a million times

jordyn: ya know... i can't think abt you without thinking of forgiveness, maybe it's cuz of how much i loved you but i should hate you i really should......

she looked at her hands holding her steady against the counter then back at him

jordyn;  i've ignored you for beyond that incident jacob you know that.... you know as well as i do that it was pilling up incident upon incident and yk maybe we just didn't happen the way we were supposed to and that's ok... yk i'm ok with that. you just aim for perfection and i'm not that... i can never be that.
