Abby woke up with Dean snoring in her ear. It was still dark out, so she tried to go back to bed, but she couldn't. She tossed and turned, but she was fully awake. She got up and walked to the kitchen, she thought her body was telling her to eat or drink something.

She sat at the table eating an apple and drinking some water, then she heard the guest bedroom door open. Sam came out of the darkness from the hallway, "Why are you up?" He asked "Hungry, what about you?" "Can't sleep, dad's snoring is loud" "Same with Dean's" she said.

Sam sat next to her "It feels weird being in this house" Sam said "Yeah, I know, apparently that motel is back too" "Yeah, we drove passed it, I was super confused" "Same here, I got a call back to work right before I went to bed" "What?" "Yeah, and my truck is parked there still" "Is it burnt" "Nope, my friend said that it was fine, like nothing happened"

"That's fucking weird" "I know right!" Abby said. They then turned their heads to the hallway again, Dean appeared out of nowhere, "What's going on?" He asked "Midnight snacking and deep conversations" Sam said, making Abby laugh a bit "It's 4 in the morning, why wouldn't you guys go back to bed?" "Well, you were snoring in my ear, and your dad was also snoring, Sam couldn't hear his thoughts" Abby drinking her water.

"Whatever, just finish your apple and water and get back to bed babe" he said as he walked back to the room. Abby rolled her eyes and finished her water and apple. She threw the rest of the apple out and put the cup in the sink, "Night Sam" she said walking to her room "Good night Abby" he said.

Dean drove Abby to her old work, she already had a bad feeling about this. She almost cried when she saw her truck, there wasn't a single scratch on it. Dean parked right in front of the door of the café, "You got your truck keys babe?" "Yes" "Okay, call me if you ever need anything, I have a bad feeling about this place" he said as he drove away.

She walked in the café, no customer came in yet, so she went to the back. "Hey! You're back! How was your vacation?" Her boss said "Oh, uh, it was great" Abby said confused "Well that's good, could you just sweep up the floor before we open?" "Yeah, sure, let me get my apron on." Abby had her old life back, but she didn't like it, she knew something was off.

After she swept, she then sorted the counter, then she heard the back door open. She looked, it was her work bestie, Emily, "Omg! You're back Abby!!" She said hugging her "Yeah, I'm back!" She said hugging her back, she did miss her a lot. "So, how was the vacay?" "Amazing, it was really good, kinda miss it to be honest" "Of course, who wouldn't miss a good year off!" Has it been that long? One year?

"Uh yeah, it was a great year too" she said uncomfortably. She took her phone out and texted Dean, saying that 'Something isn't right,' he replied, 'Don't worry, if you need to come home, lie, I sure they'll understand' 'You're not funny but I will in a bit, let me make a few bucks first!!' She replied, she put her phone back in her pocket, still very uncomfortable.

While the café was super busy, Abby was back to making money. Her and Emily were super busy with other co workers, then Abby's phone started buzzing, it was Dean. "Hey babe, what's up?" "How you doing?" "I'm making money, so good, what about you?" "I just drove passed that murder house" "oh..." "And there's a family living there" Abby didn't say anything, everything was going through her head, "I'll be there in a bit Dean, park somewhere so it won't be obvious" she said as she hung up.

She walked through the back to her bosses office, "I have a family emergency, my grandma's in the hospital" she said, using her powers to be more convincing "Oh! Then go! Haley is coming in so she'll cover your shift" "Okay thank you so much for understanding" she said as she walked out. She threw her apron off and walked to her truck.

"Where are you going white hair?" Emily said giggling "Family emergency she said as she unlocked her truck "Really? What happened?" "I'll tell you as soon as I'm at the hospital, okay?" "You better Abby, see ya" Emily said walking back to the café. Abby backed the truck up and drove out off the parking lot fast.
