Abby and Dean were both holding each other as the slept. Dean woke up first, he slowly sat up and looked down at Abby. She was sleeping peacefully, small snores were coming out from her mouth, he didn't think anything could wake her up.

He got up fully and got dressed, Abby was still sleeping. As soon as he got dressed, he gave her a kiss on her forehead and went downstairs to see Bobby and Sam.

After about 5 minutes, Abby woke up. She sat up and looked out the window, only to see a tall black shadow looking back at her. "Dean?" She quietly said, Dean couldn't hear her "Dean!" She practically screamed in terror.

She heard footsteps from the stairs, so she basically hid under the sheets. "What?! Are you hurt?!" Dean said "No! Look outside!" She said pointing at the window. Dean gave a good look outside, there wasn't anything.

"What am I supposed to be looking at?" Dean said looking everywhere "What do you mean?" She said getting out of bed. She looked outside and saw nothing, just Bobby's yard. "There was definitely something out there, I mean, it was like a shadow, and it was extremely tall, it was like that spirit!" Abby said shaking. Dean gave another look and still didn't see anything.

"Babe, I still don't see anything" he said looking back at her "I swear I'm not bullshitting you, there is definitely something out there" "Okay, I believe you, how tall was this thing?" "Like, 8 feet, it was huge" "Was it like in a silhouette of a man?" "Kinda? It was hard to see with the sun"

Dean gave another look just in case, still, nothing was there. "I'm going to get my dad's book, and you're going to look through it to see if it's in there, okay?" "Okay" Dean walked out of the room and down the stairs. He walked to his car and looked it the glove box.

Abby got fully dressed and waited for him. She looked out the window again and it was back. She didn't say anything, she just gave it a good stare. Dean came back and saw her looking out the window again. He put the book on the bed and also looked out the window, then the shadow disappeared as soon as he looked.

"What the fuck! It was right there!" Abby said angry "What was?" "The fucking shadow thing, it was right there!" Dean still didn't see it still, he shrugged it off and picked up the book. Abby walked to him and took the book out of his hands. She gave the book a good look, looking at all of the monsters that were in the book.

She finally found the page with that shadow, but the name was in a language, same as the one in the book that she lost. She looked at the name, then the letters started to move. As soon as the letters were done moving, they read out the name 'The Shadow.'

She was reading the pages of this thing in silence. Dean was just standing there awkwardly, until he heard foot steps. Sam's head appeared and he walked into the room, "What are you guys doing?" Sam asked "She's just reading dad's book, what are you doing?" Dean asked "Oh you know, nothing at all, except that I didn't get any sleep last night"

"What do you mean?" "Well Dean, I think by that mark on Abby's neck, you'll get a good picture of why I didn't sleep" Abby was done reading and gave Dean the book back, "Find anything?" Dean asked "No, actually. Your dad's writing is so messy" she said walking away. Dean looked at the page, she was right, his writing was messy, but only on that page.

Dean and Sam gave Bobby a huge hug, then Abby gave him a much bigger hug. "Thank you for everything Bobby" Abby said letting him go "Of course, if you ever need me, just give me a call" Bobby said.

Abby got into the passenger's seat, Dean got into the driver's, while Sam sat in the back. They all wave by as Dean drove away from the house. Abby was looking out the window paranoid, she didn't want to see that thing again.
