"Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to the BET Gospel Awards Show 2019. We have a new Gospel artist performing for us, tonight. She graduated from UCLA for music and psychology. She's an author of two novels, 'If Poppa Were Alive' and 'God Blesses You'. She's currently pursuing a Doctorate's degree to become a grief counselor in USC! Please welcome our new Gospel artist, Barbara Grace Mohammed!" Whoopi Goldberg happily announces.

Everyone gives Barbara a standing ovation in the Staples Stadium. Barbara shows up with a beautiful sparkly blue dress in dangling cyan earrings and sparkly make-up. Her hair is now natural since she graduated senior high. He has her in hair gelled and grew her hair into a long ponytail.

She sings a song she wrote, called "I Saw Jesus in Heaven".

Poppa was found and enjoyed the supper,

Music continues on and then fades twenty seconds later. The lights slowly fade, and everyone gives her a standing ovation.

After the gospel award ceremony, Barbara answers some questions from other gospel artists who she has been listening to her whole life. She's so excited.

"So, Barbara, what is it like to be the new gospel artist?" Tamela Mann happily asks.

"It's actually really fun. I have been listening to gospel music throughout my whole life because it helps me stay positive. I would listen to gospel when I'm happy, sad, angry, frustrated or excited. In the morning and in the afternoon."
