BARBARA'S STORY

Tuesday, October 2nd

This morning.

In music, things go back to normal. Both Patt and bro start talking to me again. We're so happy we're becoming a crew again.

We all eat lunch together again. The marching band stays with us. I'm able to sit with them after all. Patt explains how we both became friends again.

"We had a heated argument about Matthew, and I apologized," is all he says. I guess he's still mad at Matt since he forgets mentioning the fact that Matt saved my life. It feels a little weird to sit at a table that isn't for me since I'm not in the marching band like everybody else.

This afternoon.

During my second half of advisory, I'm lucky enough to talk to the shrink. I tell Dr. Florence that I overheard her conversation with Goldilocks last Thursday (but I decide to call her by her actual name for recognition) and if there's anything for me to do to help her.

Dr. Florence tells me that their conversation is confidential, but if I really want to help out, try looking up shelters around this area because she doesn't want to be separated from her friends. So, I'm planning to do that once I get home. She can take it as a "thank you" gift from me for helping Matt save me.

I know Patt, bro, and I became friends again. Well, bro and I today. I haven't been to the library for study hour with them and for our music hobbies in a minute (momma's term). I join them during study hour like old times to study and do homework together, just like yesterday.

After study hour and leaving Palm Trees to go to Patt's again, we see Goldilocks and Matt arguing in the parking lot. It looks real heated. I observe their body language and Matt's facial expression. He looks really angry, like he's getting sick of her. She tries to reason with him by grabbing his arms. He jerks off her and spots us watching them. I immediately look away, but my crew doesn't. I give myself eight seconds to look back.

I peek at them and see Matt fighting Goldilocks off the door. Goldilocks's crying and screaming. She confesses her love to him, but he doesn't care and starts driving off, leaving her stranded. She starts having a fit and cries while standing there. The crew's too speechless to comment. I wonder what happened.

Wednesday, October 3rd

Mean Girls' memorable moment. "It's October 3rd," said Cady Heron to Aaron Samuels in Ms. Norbury's math class. I'm Cady Heron Patt's no longer my Aaron Samuels.

PATTHEW'S STORY

Thursday, October 4th

For the rest of the week, I have been awestricken by Matthew for Gracie. I made sure that Gracie was okay, like constantly, and if she needs someone to talk to that I am here. Bro is also cool with her, like a loyal friend, of course.

After band practice, I still haven't mentioned Matthew because I honestly don't know what to do with him.

After conversing with bro, we get ready to go home and chill. Since Matthew has Mercy and drove her away, bro called Lauri to take us both home.
