~Hi! uh...This will be third p.o.v, just cuz <3, anyway, this might be a little sad, my friend cried once, yes...I wrote this before, it was like a rp, or somethin, ya, I hope ya like it, also, I won't be singing the whole song, because that a pain in the ass to write, so ya! Gerard put on formal clothing, which are a red tie, along with black formal pants, and formal shoes. Gerard looked at himself in the mirror, he sighed, it Elena's funeral, and he going to sing...Gerard grabbed a packet of gum out of his pocket, opening it, and chewing it, he was nervous, he bought a packet of gum yesterday, so he can calm the fuck down. But, he can't, he singing in front of family members, he sighed which was the thousandth time for today, Gerard comb his hair, not that straight, but whatever. He walked out of the bathroom, walking in Mikey's room, Mikey was already changed, Mikey was wearing a black suit, all black. Gerard actually liked it, Mikey saw Gerard, Mikey looked at him, and sighed, as Mikey walked up to Gerard, hugging him. Gerard wanted a hug, so he hugged back. "It's going to be alright, Gerard...It just going to be us, and other family" Mikey says, calming Gerard a little. Mikey noticed Gerard was nervous, "We been practicing all day, yesterday, were prepared, it going to be fine" Mikey soothes, Gerard smiled, and nodded, and pulled away from the hug.

Mikey sighed, as he walked up to his guitar case, putting the strap over his shoulder, "Come on, we gotta go early for setting up things, and warm up" Mikey says, grabbing his amp, Gerard nodded, "Ok..." Gerard says, walking to his room, taking out his lyrics book, he got it all memorized, but...There was something else along with the lyrics, Gerard took it out, it was a necklace, crafted with string and paper, along with some other objects, to be creative with. Gerard smiled, on how it came out. Gerard walked out, stuffing the necklace in his pocket, as he held the lyrics book in his hands. Gerard walked downstairs, seeing the front door open, his mom, wearing black...Gee....Black...She wore a black bridal thing, over her face, her hair tied back, and wearing a black jacket over the black dress, along with black heels (It the girl from the 'Helena' video, where the lady was wiping away tear, in the crowd, so ya)

Gerard look around for dad, but he was not seen, neither Mikey, "Where Mikey and Dad?" Gerard asks mom, mom looked at Gerard, "Oh...There at the car, there packing up Mikey's amp" Gerard nodded, as he walk up to the entrance but stopped by his mother, "Gerard..." Gerard turned around, his mother was wiping away a tear with a tissue, Gerard frowned, as he walked up to his mother, and hugged her, hugging her tightly. His mother whimpered, as she hugged back, Gerard sighed, as his father called from outside, Gerard pulled away, looking at his shirt, surprised, that it not wet. "Be strong up there...Gerard" his mother says, Gerard nodded, smiling a little, as his mother walked outside, Gerard following behind.

They arrived at the funeral, some people were there, Gerard looked at the coffin seeing Elena, her body limp, not moving at all, Gerard felt tears welled up in his eyes, Gerard looked away from the coffin, looking at the others, which is where the guys were, Mikey setting up, Frank talking to Mikey about something, Ray and Bob conversing each other. Gerard walked up to them, but the worst thing was, there a better sight of Elena, they were pretty much playing in front of Elena's coffin, Gerard sighed, as he looked at the others, tears threatening to spill. Gerard looked around some family members coming inside, and taking there seats, his mother was talking to his father, Gerard looked at Mikey, Mikey was staring at the coffin. Gerard walked up to him, hugging him, he knows how he feels, he feels the same way. Mikey hugged back, sniffles was heard from him, tears was spilling, making Gerard's tears roll down his cheeks.

After a while or warming up, and setting up. Gerard look around the crowd standing in front of the microphone stand, as he did, some people were looking down, there hands together, they were mourning, along with his parents. Gerard sighed, as he looked over his shoulder,the coffin in his sight, he looked away quickly, Gerard stared at nothing, as a tap felt on his shoulder, Gerard look over his shoulder to see Frank, "Hey...Sorry for, you're grandma's lost" He says quietly, Gerard sighs, and shook his head, "It no one fault, no need to feel sorry" Gerard says, Frank nodded, smiling, "You should say some things to her...Before we start the song, Mikey already did, don't worry" Frank says, Gerard sighed, and nodded, "Ok..."

Frank smiled, as he hugged Gerard out of nowhere, Gerard hugged back, smiling a little. Frank pulled away, "I will get ready, just nod toward Bob if ya ready" Frank says, as he walks away, Gerard sighs, as he walked up to the coffin, Elena laying there, looking peaceful...She was asleep forever....Where she can't wake up, letting go all of her dreams, Gerard frowned, as he lift his hand up, putting it over Elena's cold and unmoving hand. "I love you...I hope you sleep in peace" Gerard whispers, as his other hand, searched in his pocket, taking out the crafted necklace, Gerard pulled his hand away from Elena's as Gerard other hand, holding up the necklace up to Elena's chest, laying it there, Gerard staring at her, tears streaming down his cheeks. A hand placed on Gerard's shoulder, Gerard looked, seeing Mikey, Mikey sighed, "Come on...Gerard" Mikey says, Gerard nodded, wiping his tears away with his sleeve. Mikey gave a sad smile, walking off, putting the strap over his shoulder, as he strum some strings, then got ready.

Gerard walked up to the microphone, tapping his finger on the microphone, making a bobbing noise, people attention came to him, Gerard gulped. "Beginning of this funeral...I will be singing this song I made, for my Grandma" Gerard says in microphone, his voice shaking slightly. All the attention on him, gave sad eyes, sad smiles, sad expressions, Gerard sighed, as he looked at Bob, nodding, he was ready. Bob nodded to the others, as the guitar starts playing, as Gerard started whispering the first lyrics in the microphone, as the lyrics go on, Gerard sang much louder, as he grabbed the mic from the microphone stand, as he sang a bit more powerful, Gerard roamed around the room, looking at his parents, his mother crying, some people crying, and some people watching.

Gerard walked up to the coffin, the mic still up to his lips, "So long and goodnight..." Gerard sings, as he looked at Elena, tears rolling down his cheeks, but that didn't stop him from singing, Gerard walked up to Mikey, Mikey playing, tears dropping to ground, as he played, Gerard walked to his brother, Gerard falling in his knees in front of Mikey, Mikey looked at him, he was crying, Gerard gave him a sad smile, giving him the look 'it going to be okay' Gerard sang, as it came back to the whispering part, Gerard got up, and walked up to the coffin, he leaned down, whispering 'you will be missed', as he continued whispering, he came to the end, as he sang the last words, of the song....

"And if you carry on this way, Things are better if I stay...So long and goodnight...So long and goodnight" He sang the words, as he leaned down kissing Elena's forehead one last time, before she be buried in the dirt, as a tombstone placed on top of her, carved with her name. "I love you" Gerard whispered, as he held her hand, tears streaming down his face, droplets dropping on her hand, the droplets tears remained, as Gerard dropped her hand, leaving his tears remain on her cold icy skin...
