About time! ~Way brothers (Gerard Way and Mikey Way, story)

Thanks For Everything

~Mikey's p.o.v~

It was my 18th birthday. I look around, everyone was here, Frank,Pete,Ray,Bob, and others more...In the whole school year, I pretty much made friends, newer friends, Like Hayley, Jack, Alex, and many more. I smiled as I blew out of the candles of my birthday cake, everyone laughed at me, because I couldn't blow the last 3 candles. My mom took a picture of me with my friends, I smiled big. I loved my birthday, we were getting cake, I grabbed a piece, everyone talking while there mouthful....Whatever, no one is perfect, so I let them be. I laughed, as Jack and Alex started arguing, of what comes first, the fruit orange, or the color orange ((I was reading a fanfic...That Pete and Hayley was arguing about this topic, I'm going to say now, that a funny topic to argue about xD)). I didn't bother butting in, because well...I don't know myself...I look around everyone, was here, up set dad...And...Gerard...

I look around again, no one...I sighed, as I look at Frank, who conversing with the others. I sighed, as I sat with them, drinking my soda. As I did, I heard my mom yelled in the kitchen, "Be right back" I say, as I got up, walking to the kitchen. "Ya, ma?" I ask, looking at her, she was smiling very big, "I have a present..." She says, I smiled, "Mom...You don't need too.." I say shaking my head. She shook her head, "You will love it!" She says opening the backyard door, I look, to see someone I haven't seen for 2 years...

He wore a green day shirt, the same I was wearing when we first met...He doesn't have jet black hair anymore, it was firetruck red, but everything about him didn't change...He was still same, it just the hair...I felt my mouth made a 'o' shape, and my eyes widen in surprised. "You're serious!? You didn't invite me?" He says, I couldn't help but feel tears well up in my eyes, "Gerard!" I yelled, as I ran up to him, he hugged back, the same smile I used to know 2 years ago. 

"Hey...Mikes" He says, "Gee" tears wetting his shirt, I felt his hand making small circles on my back. "Promises never die...You know...Seeing each other again" He says, I looked down at him, since I was taller then him. "Ya...I promised you, that I will never forget about you..." I say, tears streaming down my face. He smiled, "Yep...I see, I graduated, and here I am...Hugging my little brother once again" He says, I smiled, as I heard someone yelled, "GERARD!" I pulled away, and turn around to see Frank. 

"RED FUCKER! YOU DIDN'T SKYPE ME!" Frank yelled, as he ran up to Gerard, hugging him too, Gerard laughed. "Sorry...Art projects" he says, smiling, and hugging back Frank. I laughed a little, because Frank is in tears now. Frank pulled away, "What the fuck...I'm crying, it all you're fucking hair fault, burning my eyes, you son of a bitch" Frank teases, laughing and crying at a same time. Gerard can't help but laugh at our reactions, "I feel like a dad...Seeing there children again..." He says laughing, I can't help but laugh along. 

Gerard looked at me, "Oh ya...Mikey...Happy birthday, also..Hang on" He says, walking outside, disappearing, me and Frank look at each other confused, as Gerard came back with a cardboard box, he bit his lip, "I hope you like it" Gerard says, putting down the box, the weird part, is that there holes on the sides. "You serious!? I think you, is enough!" i say, he laughed, "Open it, before it dies" He says, I raised an eyebrow, and looked at Frank, Frank shrug, but is grinning

I walked up to the box, opening it. Putting up the flaps, I look inside, seeing a little puppy. I widen my eyes, it was a little husky puppy. "I bought him by selling my artworks" Gerard says awkwardly, I looked at him, then back at the puppy, who jumping up to make me pick it up. I smiled, as I pick it up, it was so fluffy, and it fur soft too. I smiled big, I felt my face hurting, "Thanks Gerard! Thank you!" I say, as I held the puppy to my chest, then I felt a fabric scratching my skin, I look and see a ribbon around the puppy, with a little note, and folded paper. "It was a pain in ass, to put that ribbon on" Gerard laughed, Frank laughed along, "You feel my pain, for Nightmare". 

I laugh, as I untie the ribbon, the Husky still next to me, but it paws on my leg, I smiled, as I took  the little note. 'Happy birthday, Mikes! you're the best little brother I have, thank you Mikey, for making me happy! xoG' The note says, making me smile, I took the big paper, unfolding it, as I did, it showed me, me playing my bass guitar. I smiled, it was so detailed...And it looks like I was on stage too, and I wore my costume,which he made for me, like it was a comic. I looked up at Gerard, "thank you so much!" I say almost yelling, he laughed, "It's no problem Mikes" He says. 

I got up, and ran up to him, and hugging him once again, he smiled and hugged back. "I miss you so much..." I say, "And I miss you so far..." he says, as the puppy jumped on my leg, I laugh, as I pulled away and bend down to pick up the puppy. "What should I name it...?" I ask,  he shrugged, "It you're puppy...It all yours, to name it, birthday boy" He says grinning, I smiled. "Is it a female?" Frank ask, "Yep" Gerard says, I smiled, "Then..I don't know what to name it now..." i say laughing a little, Frank shrug, "Like Gerard said, it all yours" Frank says. 

I smiled, as I look at the puppy in my arms, which licked my face, I laughed, "Will name it...Puddles...Puddles Way" I say still smiling, I looked at Gerard, he grinned. "That a nice name" He says, as I smiled back at him, then back at Puddles, "Thanks again, Gerard...For everything...".

The story had came to the end....I'm so sorry! this story had to end ;-;, but you know...Books end, sad...Happy, or just different emotions. Anyway! I be updating the Frerard story and Jalex! I hope you guys enjoyed this story...And I love you all! And I will like to know you're guys opinions about teh story...bad? good? Or could of done better, anyway! I will like to know! Thanks for readings! And thanks for Everything, also Thanks Gerard for seeing Mikey again, and keeping the promise! Anyway see you Raves later in the summer!
