Izuku's blood ran cold at those words. He could hardly believe what he was hearing. "Taken? How did that happen?"
Tyrell's voice trembled with anger and shame as he explained, "We were at the park, and I was watching her on the slide. Out of nowhere, someone sped past and snatched Eri away from me. I couldn't react in time to stop them without possibly hurting her. This person is moving very quick."
Izuku's heart pounded in his chest. His expression darkened as anger surged within him. "Tell me where you are, Tyrell. I'll track you down. And don't let them out of your sight."
In an instant, Izuku transformed into Embervenin, flames flickering around him as he prepared to hunt down the person who had taken his daughter.
As Embervenin and Aquashock continued their pursuit of the kidnapper, they flew through the skies with incredible speed. The figure ahead of them zoomed through the air, making it difficult to close the distance.
Frustration built within Embervenin, and he was about to release a poisonous cloud in the direction of the kidnapper. However, Aquashock stopped him, reminding him of the potential harm to Eri if they did so. They had no choice but to keep chasing, their hearts pounding with worry.
Minutes passed, and they arrived at UA High School. Confused as to why the kidnapper had led them there, they realized that it could only be a hero or a student involved in this plot.
Without hesitation, Aquashock used his electricity to burst through the wall, and Embervenin followed. The blaring security alarms startled the students, who quickly made way for the vigilantes, some getting shoved inadvertently in the process.
With their keen senses, they tracked Eri's scent until they reached a room where they crashed through the door. Inside, they found the hero teachers gathered around a table, and in front of them stood... Iida, in his hero costume, holding onto Eri.
Eri was crying and struggling in Iida's grasp, her tiny form filled with fear. Embervenin's eyes blazed with anger, and Aquashock's electricity crackled menacingly as they confronted the unexpected situation.
As the hero teachers jumped from their seats into fighting stances, tension filled the room. They had no idea who these vigilantes were or how they managed to break through their newly improved security system. Nezu, the school's principal, remained calm but cautious as he approached the vigilantes.
"Papa! Uncle! Help m-me!" Eri sobbed.
"Give. her. Back."
Embervenin's voice seethed with fury as he demanded the return of his daughter, threatening to poison everyone and burn the place down if they didn't comply. The teachers exchanged bewildered glances, unable to comprehend what he meant by calling Eri his daughter.
All Might, ever the voice of reason, stepped forward. "Young Eri here is not your daughter. We have been searching for this child for a long time and it turned out she was with some of the most dangerous men in Japan."
Embervenin's anger flared even brighter, and he seemed ready to pounce, but Aquashock held him back, though his glare never wavered.
"If you know what is best for you, you will hand Eri over."
Iida took a step back behind his teachers. He tried to put on a brave face but he felt like his legs would give in at any moment. Running from those two had been terrifying enough for him.
The hero teachers were ready to engage, but Nezu held up a paw, signalling for them to stand down. He needed more information about the situation, particularly regarding the vigilantes' claims about destroying the school and the mysterious connection between the vigilantes and Eri.
