Once the elders left the room Pat kissed Phu on his head before hugging.

Pat: Do you feel any pain?

Phu: I am fine nong. Don't worry. I don't feel the movements of our babies. I think they are sleeping already.

Pat: Do you feel sleepy? You can Sleep.

Phu: Hmmmm….

Phu nodded and slept on his chest. Pat was happy to see him look comfortable after all these months. He is also thinking how many hours this medicine will help the babies to sleep.

Pat gently touched the baby bump and looked at it fondly. Few minutes later he fell asleep beside Phu. It's been months since they slept so they fall asleep within a few seconds.

While they were sleeping peacefully Phu got sudden movements in his stomach which made him groan in pain and uncomfortableness.

Phu: Ahh….

Pat woke up and looked at Phu who looked like he was on the verge of crying.

Pat: P' are you okay?

Pat panicked that something happened to Phu so he checked him and touched his belly and felt the movements in his hand.

Phu: How many hours did I sleep?

Pat looked at the clock and checked the time.

Pat: 30 minutes??

Pat himself can't believe it's just half an hour.

Phu: What??? Just 30 minutes.

Phu felt movements in his belly. It increases at each passing second. He felt like his stomach explode in any second that he started crying.

Phu: Pat…..Pat……do something.

Pat: Wait P' I will call the doctor.

Pat went out of their room to the throne room where everyone was discussing something.

Pat: Dad!!

Mike: Pat, what happened? Why are you…

Pat: P'Phu hurt again.

All: What??

Pat: You all come to see yourself.

They went upstairs and saw Phu crying due to the movements everywhere around his stomach. The doctor checked him and held the stomach where he felt movements everywhere. Without any scan or anything they can see the movements very clearly.

Noah(Doctor): The medicine effect gone already. It seems to work for 30 minutes.

Pat: Then can we give the medicine again.

Noah: No, it will be dangerous to the babies. If they keep on sleeping and we keep on using the drug to make them sleep then it will affect them.

Pat: Is there no way to stop this pain and symptoms???!!

Pat shouted loudly and asked in frustration. He couldn't see Phu like this.

Noah: Yes. But I can make sure they will be alright since they have ultimate healing power.

Pat: But P'Phu is in pain!!

Noah: But we can't give more drugs. As I said, forcing them to sleep is a risky thing. Glad the babies are alright. We can't give more than this. I can only prescribe the drug once per day.
