Chapter 3

Flashback ends …….

While Gawin was thinking about the last time he met his mate, he heard someone knock on his door.

Gawin: Yes. Come in.

When the door opened he saw his Grandpa Tul was holding a food tray.

Gawin: Grandpa!! I said I have eaten already.

Tul: We know you never ate food outside so….

Gawin: Or until unless I was with my family.

Tul: Huh?

Gawin: Well, in the evening Nong Niran came to meet me in the office when I was about to leave for home. Then we went to a nearby restaurant and had my dinner.

Tul: Ohhh,....so you were telling the truth.

Tul took a look at the plate before looking at his Grandson.

Gawin: And…….it was early dinner at 7 so I think I will have some bite from that plate.

Gawin raised his left eyebrow and smiled with a smirk.

Tul: And…..I will help you finish this.

Tul did the same and both moved to the table near beside the balcony door. When Gawin took one bite of the food he felt satisfied and it showed in his face. The food was prepared by Tul himself. His mood changed in an instant if he ate anything his Grandpa made for him.

Gawin: Thank you so much Grandpa. You know me so well. Your food always makes my mood better.

Tul: So you were not in a good mood.

Gawin stopped his movements and looked at his Grandpa who made him successfully spill the tea which he wanted to hear.

Tul: First eat, we will speak later.

Gawin nodded at him before taking a bite until it's completed.

Tul: So how did Niran come? I am sure he couldn't travel from one pack to another pack while his Omega was pregnant. So any work related.

Gawin shook his head lightly and smiled thinly.

Gawin: He came for me. He said it's been so long so he wants to meet me. But that's not the truth. While we were texting the day before yesterday I was casually telling him that tomorrow I have a date with P'Liang. And….

Tul: And he came here to give you moral support.

Gawin once again smiled and nodded at his Grandpa.

Tul: He is such a good brother to everyone which makes me feel proud that he is my best friend's Grandson.

Gawin: Couldn't agree more Grandpa. I didn't expect him today but spending time with him makes me feel relaxed.

Tul: Then why is this sudden change in your face again?

Gawin: To be honest Grandpa, I feel bad for P'Liang. We have been going on dates for a few months now but I am worried that I didn't make him feel good…….as in a romantic way.

Tul: Nong, it's been five months only, there is so much time before your wedding day and in a week you are going to have an engagement with Liang. I am sure after engagement there will be little changes in your relationship but all you have to do is go with the flow and try to open your heart for him. So think about it. But don't overthink.

Gawin: Hmm Okay Grandpa.

Tul: Okay then. Sleep well.

Tul stood up and kissed him on his forehead before leaving the room. Even though everyone tried to calm him down he couldn't stop worrying about tomorrow and he became anxious every passing second that made him have a headache. He wants to cool down. He texted his parents before he jumped out of the window and in between he changed to wolf form before landing on the ground.
