Everyone felt so happy and PatPhu hugged each other.
Pat: Thank you so much P'. I am so happy. Love you…..love you so much.
Pat kissed him on his lips before hugging him. He touched his belly and gently rubbed on it.
Mike: God, I am going to tell this great news to everyone.
Mike was about to call his parents to tell that news but stopped when he noticed Doctor Noah looked shocked and sat on the chair. He walked from the other three and went to Noah.
Mike: Doctor Noah, what happened? Why do you look shocked?
Noah came out of his deep thoughts before looking at Mike with a baffled expression.
Mike: Doctor Noah!!!
Noah: You should see yourself.
Noah moved the monitor so Mike could see what made him shocked.
Mike looked at the monitor but he didn't find what made him look like this.
Mike: I don't understand. Can you tell me what it is?
Noah: You know if there is a baby you can see a tiny dark spot here. It's the baby fetus.

Noah: And you can see another one here.
Mike's heartbeat spiked high and he put his hand on his heart to not die soon. He knows he can't die but he felt that for a second when he saw another fetus.
Noah: I am going to tell you something so prepare your heart Mike.
Mike just nodded.
Noah: Third one!!!
Mike: No no this is not happening….. I am just dreaming.
Mike shouted due to the utter shock he felt when he saw three fetuses.
Patricia: Mike, what happened?

Noah showed another fetus which made Mike drop to his knees while Patricia was still processing what's happening.
Mike: Doctor Noah, stop giving shock one by one and tell me how many fetuses are there exactly?
Noah: Total 4!!
Patricia: What 4?
Noah: Prince Phu having quadruplets.
Noah announced the news loudly that Pat and Phu heard it clearly. Patricia was shocked and fainted hearing the information.
