Shinsou woke up in the middle of the night, again. Midoriya was nowhere to be seen, at least from his point of view , which was stuck to a wall in the corner of his 'base'. A canal, that was an interesting choice on Midoriya's part, but no really now, he would have never thought of such a place. Pretty far away from him he could see a couple of bags that looked like they could burst at the seams. The fabric bended in some suspicious ways in a place or two. The mattress Midoriya slept on, or so he hopes because the boy looked like he hasn't seen slept in ages, was dirtied and looked old. He probably grabbed it from the fake city, from the back of an alley. When he opened his eyes out of the blue he saw Midoriya walk in, he didn't even hear the boy.
"Slept well?" the grenette asked.
He was unafraid of speaking to him because he had already broken out of Shinsou's quirk back at the sports festival. He could hold him under for 10 seconds at best, which wasnt enough to make the villain turn himself in.
"Yeah..." he responded. "Why are you keeping me here? Isn't my job finished?"
"I did tell you the more you stay the more beneficial it would be to you. Isn't the general education's job to last as long as they can? You'll get your credits and I get you."
"Do you plan on using me again?"
"Perhaps."
"So... you'll just keep me locked here?"
Midoriya didn't respond for a good minute.
"It's actually just so you don't turn me in, but a victim's witness isn't enough to put me in." he sighed. "I guess you could go."
"What if... what if I want to help you?"
Midoriya turned to look at his face, he was determined and stared back.
"I don't take to having teammates, buy if you want to impress them, train your body, your quirk while being powerful isn't something you could rely on."
"You think my quirk is powerful?" he said hopeful.
"Ah, the classic villain finger pointing? Yeah I do...I would have done anything for a quirk like yours. Now, let me walk you back and if want to gain some... hero points let's call them, put yourself in good light with Miko, from the business course" Midoriya passed him a piece of paper.

After Shinsou left he was alone again. He managed to set up his apartment over the night and got there uninterrupted.
The view was overseeing the whole central park and therefore had a clear path towards the hero base. It was towering over his meek 8th floor room, but he had a spacious and inconspicuous balcony.
His next mission was three steers over. He needed money for some... investments, and robbing the bank was an opportunity to also confront the heroes, so a bank heist. He needed to wait for the night, the heroes will most likely think he's gone into hiding, but a night show awaited them.
To be honest, he hadn't slept much the past few days, being too preoccupied with refining his plan and haunted by nightmares, but being so tired he supposed they wouldn't show up this time, so plopping onto an actual bed he dozed off, his mind unfortunately blackening again.

It was 4pm and nothing had happened. The heroes were kept on their toes, but their patrols had been uneventful. They were all gathered around a table, each having their heads lowered looking at their hands.
"So, how do we capture him?" Kendo said determined.
"He killed hundreds of people and didn't even bat an eye!" Pony said appalled. "Uraraka is in the hospital wing to recover from quirk exertion and she is his friend, but he doesn't care?!" she was mad.
