I turn my head for a second and I'm taken away by this beauty seated in front of me. She looks a bit uneasy and shy than usual but still very beautiful.
I didn't even know she was coming.
I take my phone out quickly to message her.

After pressing the arrow I look up at her. She looks at the message then back at me with a smile.
After typing on her phone, I get a notification.

"Are you okay?" Candice asks touching my shoulder.
"Yeah, why?"
"Cause ever since she's gotten here, you haven't stopped laying eyes on her."
"Is it pretty obvious?" I ask leaning closer to her so no one heard us.
"Yup." she pops the 'p' and takes a bite out of the fancy bread on the table.
"You, my brother need to move on. There's no longer a happily ever after. Look around, there's plenty of fish in the sea."
I return to my original position with a straight face. "Mxm,"
"OH, look whose here." Candice bumps my arm with her elbow.
With that being said, Thato approaches the table we were sitting at.

"Hey," I say back awkwardly. All I could think about right now is how Acuma must be so pissed about this situation.
