Now while we made our way to the cabin, we came up with a plan. It was more intricate than just a simple replica, and trading. We were going to get rid of Kingston for once and for all.

Katrina went off on her own. Ella, Tony, and I met up with Eric at the cabin. Soon enough, Kingston walked outside, but without Austin. Which caused me to give the man a deadly glare.

Kingston smiled, clasping his hands together as he looked over all of us. "The gang's all here, huh? You all look ready." the blonde man greeted.

"Bring him out here." Eric demanded.

With that, Kingston shook his head. "No can do, I'm afraid. Don't want to... Give you guys any leverage before I get The Stone. Right?" he grinned with a tilt of his head, then his attention turned to Ella.

"Ella. You're looking nice. I believe you're holding something that belongs to me." Kingston said, motioning his head over towards The Stone she had in her hand.

"It never belonged to you." Ella snapped, letting out a huff through her nose in disgust towards Kingston. "You should be ashamed for stealing from a coven."

"Ashamed? For stealing from witches? I don't think so." Kingston laughed with a shake of his head, putting his hands behind his back. "Now, hand over The Stone."

"Not without Austin." Eric snapped, eyes filled with pure hatred.

"We're not giving you anything without Austin. Bring him out." I ordered, crossing my arms over my chest.

Kingston stared at all of us with a smile.

(KATRINA'S POV)

Katrina was moving rapidly, out somewhere in the woods by a rather large boulder. She was dragging her finger in the dirt, drawing a big circle around herself with a quick breath. Then, with her speed, she started to gather stones and put them in a circle only two inches width apart. She took a few steps back as she looked over what she had created. Putting her hands on her hips with a relieved smile on her face.

"Perfect... That should be good." she sighed out.

(NORMAL POV)

Kingston started to speak again. With a darkened tone. "No..." he shook his head. "I don't think so. Why would I ever trust you?"

"And why should we trust you? You want to destroy the world." I scoffed angrily at how ridiculous this man was. I didn't get him at all. The world was filled with humans, all the food a vampire could wish for. Why destroy the world?

"And you want to destroy The Stone." Kingston smiled towards me. "I don't think that's any better. Do you know how many witches died protecting that stone? The wars caused by it, just to protect it?" he asked with a tilt of his head. "And you want to just... Poof...! Destroy it. Oh, Ella. Surely you know your ancestors are rolling in their graves at your... Dire incompetence..."

Ella scoffed at that. "Don't worry... I got their permission. They say it's okay. Only because you want to use it for your own evil gain."

"Is it really so evil?" Kingston asked, pushing up his glasses. "Ending everything once and for all? Breaking the cycle?" he tilted his head. "For centuries I've been roaming the same earth over and over again. I've loved, I've lost, and I've done everything. I've been a million different people, I've lived a million different lives. But, the world never changes. Not really." he started.

"There will always be war. There will always be hate. Crime. Murder. Injustice. Poverty. Starvation. The only thing that really changes is technology." the blonde vampire went on with a shrug. "As a vampire, you live forever. You are already dead, but you live on as a monster." he stated. "It's not like I tried to understand why the Great God in the sky had made me the way I was. I thought it was all apart of his plan... " Kingston sighed, shaking his head.
