The monster that was standing in front of Shi, spoke up, "Seven; seven human souls", Kai: "the fuck is she on about?", Shi: "beats me...". the monster spoke, "who the.... are you talking to; anyways our king; king Asgore Dreemurr", Shi: "we just want to pass through miss....", they said as they were uninterested in hearing the monologue from the monster.
the monster spoke, "will you be quiet.... anyways our king will become a god; with that power Asgore can finally shatter the barrier", Shi: "one little problem with that, miss fish lady; I'm not completely human". the monster spoke, "then what in the world are you...?", Shi: "half monster, half human; so, a mix", Kai: "more like a mix of disappointment", Shi glared at the spirit and cross their arms. Shi: "says the arrogant spirit that thinks it's better than everyone else", they said frustrated. the monster spoke, "will you shut up?!", Shi jumped, Shi: "eep! ok". the monster spoke, "as I was saying; give up your soul, or I'll tear it from your body!", Kai: "don't give up your soul, Shi", Shi glared at the spirit, then they rolled their eyes, Shi: "I'm not that stupid, Kai". the monster spoke, "I, Undyne, will strike you down!", 𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐠, Shi's soul appeared out of their chest, then Undyne summoned a glowing blue spear, and swung it at Shi's soul, making it glow green.
Undyne: "as long as you're green you can't escape; unless you learn to face danger head on", Shi looked at Undyne confused, Shi: "wait, what now?", Kai" God damn it, Shi; you're hopeless", Shi: "I'm not hopeless!". 𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐠, Shi's eyes turned pink and black as Kai had taken control, Undyne: "what the...?". Shi pulled out their dagger and prepared for battle with the fish-like monster. Undyne: "you won't last a second against me!", Undyne summoned spears towards Shi, and Shi swung the dagger at the spears to deflect them, Shi: "how, pathetic for a royal guard". Undyne: how insulting!", Shi swung their dagger at Undyne, as Undyne summoned a spear in hand to block the dagger. Undyne summon spears around Shi, as she had swung the spear she was holding to the side, making Shi lose balance and they feel to the ground. Shi stood up and took a deep breath, then they blew fire at Undyne. Shi: "is that all you have, fish?!", they laughed, as Undyne stood there holding her spear, burnt a bit from the fire. Undyne: "cheap trick", Undyne threw the spear at Shi, and it pierced through their left arm. Shi wince in pain and they glared at Undyne, Shi: "I'm gonna kill you, you stupid fish!", Shi swung their dagger at Undyne and sliced through her arm.
Undyne summoned multiple spears towards Shi, and Shi would swing their dagger at most of the spears, missing a few, getting hit. Shi winced, then they glared at Undyne. Shi swung their paw towards Undyne summoning fire to follow it, Undyne got hit and glowed a bit, then she turns to dust. 𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐠, Shi's eyes turned back to normal as the spirit returned to floating beside her head, Shi: "now I'm no longer surprised at you.... yet all this is against what I wish would happen", they said as they crossed their arms and glare at the spirit, Kai: "you can't be mad at me for protecting you". Shi: "Kai, that wasn't protecting me, that was controlling me and killing innocent beings....". Kai: "just keep moving, kid", Shi sighed, Shi: "fine, but you still need to teach me how to use my magic properly like you just did". Kai: "I will, just keep moving, idiot", Shi rolled their eyes and walked on as the sound around them was of waterfalls.
Shi: "so tell me what kind of fire magic tricks can I do...?", Kai: "you can blow fire, like a dragon.... you can summon fire in your.... paws? as well as you can stomp your foot and summon a fire attack that way". Shi stopped and looked at the spirit, Shi: "you're kidding.... right?", Kai: "Shi, you idiot; I'm being dead serious". Shi looked down at their paws, then they looked at the spirit in disbelief, Shi: "holy, that's so cool!", Kai: "god, you act like a god dang child". Shi would continue walking through the waterfalls, as their tail wagged, knowing what the spirit had just informed them. the air changed from feeling cool, to becoming hot as they'd walk to the edge between the waterfalls and the hotlands. Shi looked at the spirit, Shi: "do I have to go through there...?", they asked, Kai: "yes you do, now go". Shi crossed their arms and walked into the hotlands, Shi: "I resent you, you know that, right?", Kai: "I know but you want to go home, right?". they continued to walk in and through the hotlands.
