Part 2:Team Bonding

Summer pulled me towards the house and started explaining how Wren asked to talk to her, "She said that I'm an entitled brat who'll do anything for the slightest bit of attention" she said "What?" "Yeah then she told me that we both know that I don't desreve to be on the team and that pretty soon everyone else will work that out too!" She continued "Summer this isn't okay,you have to tell Ari" I said "No,just leave it."
"No summer,your my sister and I'm not gonna let some manipulative girl that doesn't even know you,talk to you like you're nothing!" "Sky,please just leave it. She's not gonna get a reaction out of me." She argued "Fine but please tell me if she says anything else" I said not quite giving up "Yeah I will,lets go..."

The next day me and Summer were skateboarding to the beach.Last year she helped me learn how to do it,and in return I helped her with surfing.
When we got to the beach Poppy and Bodhi were already there waiting for us.

We started going into the water and catching a couple of good waves."Yeah go Pops" I heard summer yelling.We had more fun for a litlle while until we all had to go to Anchor cove sports center for practice with the team.

As Manu was driving away Wren came out and shouted "In here team" I internally groaned not in the mood for her...As we started  walking I heard summer say "Go on run to her" you could see that Ari was a bit annoyed at the remark "Is there a problem" He asked "Wren called her an entitled brat.To her face" "Yeah she did" I said
Me and Poppy walked off not wanting to interfere anymore "Ugh I really don't like Wren,and I don't get how Ari can't see what we can." I whispered to poppy...

As Summer and Ari walked in Wren ran up to summer "Hey,I'm so glad you're here" I saw summer looking at me while saying "Really" And I scoffed loud enough for everyone to hear,I can't understand how this girl could be so fake."Well yeah,we're teammates now."

The woman infront of us kicked the guy she was sparring with down.Huh not bad I thought to myself as she introduced herself to us as our coach."And my sister" Wren said,I looked over to my sister and whispered "Of course they're sister's" And said "Great" she sighed.

"...The reality is surfing is an individual sport" Elo went on as pink hair caught my attention,suddenly feeling very nervous "Come on guys let's go!" She yelled as bax said "Ah,Sorry sis,did I miss your big inspirational speech?" He asked in a sarcastic tone making me grin "Burpees Now" She said as he looked over at me and winked causing me to smile.

We've been doing physical fitness for hours,im so over it.
I snap out of my thoughts when I suddenly hear Marlon yelling "Oi! What's your problem man?" He asked "You want some too Sousa?" Griff asked "Yeah,try it,see what happens" He said in threatening tone,Elo went on to saying they're off the team if they throw a punch,Marlon walked away with Poppy as Griff's friends started hyping him up about the situation "Nice try.Nice try.That was cute." They laughed "Griff shut up!" I told him off "Asshole" I muttered seeing Bax smirking at me in the corner of my eye. The butterflies in my stomach was going crazy right about now.

"Ma,come on, we can't let this house go to waste" i heard summer saying
"I said no parties" my mom said "Mom please it's not a party.A team bonding."
I begged.
As my mom and Summer were still talking I was making this invitation for the 'Team bonding' that my sister asked me to make.

"Summer I thought this was actually gonna be a team bonding?Do you know how much trouble we'll be in." I said worried "Skylar,don't worry,Ma won't know" I decided just to have fun and not worry about everything.

I was standing by summer helping with the burgers,when I heard the voice I knew as Bax's voice saying okay.I looked at him and waved,him giving me a smirk and a little wave,I had to bite my lip to stop me from smiling even more.

We were looking over the people when poppy let it slip that Bodhi was talking to a girl. "Excuse me,Girlfriend?" Summer asked "She's not my girlfriend we're just talking" "Her names Tuscany" Pops said
"Omg Bodhs why didn't you tell me?" I said genuinely excited for her "I never got to it,I'm sorry "Bo,I'm so happy for you!" We then heard our song playing and we all started to dance together.

As people were dancing, they pushed one of the statues down and before it fell I caught it "Don't worry,I'll put it away" I told summer, letting her enjoy the moment.

As I was heading to my Mom's room I heard a girl laughing? And the paper saying 'KEEP OUT' on the door was still there so who was in there,oh no that's not gonna happen in my mom's bedroom.
As I went inside I opened the bathroom door only to find find Baxter and a ginger girl making out,What The Hell.

I rolled my eyes feeling a pang of jealousy "Hey,can you not read?" I asked annoyed "Well sometimes I choose not to " he said and I groaned annoyed at this.

"You wanna, uh...come join us?We're very inclusive right?" He said "You're serious?" She asked "a little" Bax replied, I then scoffed slightly,the girl then stormed out

He said No come back in a sarcastic tone as he picked up a robe.
"That's my mom's" " Yeah well she's got good style,unlike whoever owns this place" he said "You need to follow your girlfriend bax" I told him sternly "No,I prefer to let them fly.You know?
Besides she's abit of a vacuum pasher." He said "The whole kinda..." He went on to making these weird sucking noises.
I wanted to laugh but It was mean of me.
"Hey,watch it!Poor girl,rumours like that spread fast around here." I explained "Yeah like you being involved in almost burning down your fancy school right?" He asked "Yeah and you burning down that Boardriders after Nationals last year." I shot back "Damn news travels" "so it's true then?" "Relax I left my matches at home,I'm just trying to meet new people" He said and I just smiled "well meet them in the pool,not in my mom's bathroom,and lose the robe" As I said that I pulled him closer by the robe and then slightly pushed him back before walking away.

Summer was About to do the air revs we did earlier that day."Summer,stop your going to hurt yourself" She ignored me as I told her not to do it.

When I saw Wren about to do it I walked over to Summer.
When she came up she was crying and saying she hit the bottom.I don't believe her.
"Summer,she is lying,she didn't even reach the bottom everyone could see" I said really annoyed with this girl "Yeah I know" summer said.

Later I could see Ari and Summer talking so I decided to go to Bax who was trying to put the grill on.
"She's not working" "Let me try" I then proceeded to turn it on but nothing happened "Oh my god nothing" He said being sarcastic.I sighed and started kicking the gas bottle hoping it would work "Hey now.Easy with it" he said softly pushing me back a little.
Suddenly we were pushed back by the pressure of the fire that was coming from the grill.

I took his arm and dragged him out from under the grass roof."This isn't...this isn't my fault,This can't be my fault right?" He said panicked "Hey,no bax it's not your fault,it's okay!this was all me..."I said as I grabbed on his arm and looked up at him also panicking.
