Mr. Conrad

Mr. Conrad's POV
I cant help to think that could have happened to my daughter if I wasn't paying attention. She could have been kidnapped and beat up while I wasn't looking. I need to tell her before anything happens to her again.

"Ok class when you come back to tomorrow I want you to have read chapter 8 pages 60-78. Kate can I see you for a minute? I need to tell you something very important. You might be very surprised and hurt but I had to do it for the best of everyone."

"What is it, I bet I could handle it."

He knew that she wouldn't expect anything coming towards her before he says something.

"Kate remember your terrible accident when you were just a newborn?"

"Yea why", she seemed very confused.

"Well I was there when you father died but I can tell you that he die that night."

"How do you know this", she started to have tears in her eyes. Mr. Conrad suspected that she already knew at this point what he was going to say to her.

"Because I'm your father."

Tears were already dripping off of her chin down to the floor. It was so quiet in there you could hear the sounds of the tears against the floor. She ran out of that class room; Mr. Conrad tried to follow her but he wanted to give her some space and figure things out.

"Hey Kate what did Mr.Conrad want. Im guessing something stupi.... OMG what is going on? Why are you crying?"

"I tripped and fell on a desk and it really hurt my arm. I really have to get out of this place. I'll see you tomorrow."

She ran out of the front door and drove away in her car but not in the direction of her house.

Merissa's POV
"You are so stupid. God why did I let you do this. Now she's crying like hell and probably on her way to kill her self."

"You really think so. I didnt mean to confuse her."

"Well you did Kurt and now she's never going to come out of that room. She wasnt ready to know that your her father. Did you tell her that I'm...."

"No and were never going to. I probably already destroyed our future relationship between us, she dosent need to loose a friend on the way."

"Your right dad I just need to live with it."

"Now go to your next class so you dont be late."

Kate's POV
NOOOOOOO! This can't be true. Why would he play this trick on me. Why would he lie about this. I've hated him all through high school he was so mean to me so that can't be.

She got out of her car that was parked on the side of the rode and went to the edge of the cliff.

No I cant it would be to stupid. If I did do it I wouldnt get answers. I need to go talk to Samara.

(Dialing)
Samara?

Yea Kate.

I need to talk to you.

Now? I'm getting my nails done.

It's the middle of the school day.

Your doing the same thing.

Please!

Have you been crying?

Just meet me at the park.

She waited at the park on a bench until Samara showed up.

"What is it Kate. You have been crying", she said after she saw Kate's face."

"Look you still haven't told me what happened to you when you got kidnapped. Now spill."

"I told you it was all blurry during most of it."

"Then tell me the parts that weren't blurry."

"They raped me Kate. Ok, is that you wanted to hear", she started to sob.

"I'm sorry."

"Why did you want me to meet you here."

"I needed to tell you something and I'm really trusting you to keep this a secret."

"Why not you friend Merissa."

"Because she's never had anything bad happen in her life except her panic attack."

"Ok you can trust me. Tell me."
