Flashbacks: (kid) They get/want a pet

Queen of Hearts

Envy had been wanting a pet of her very own for a while now so the Queen decided to get the best in show animals in all of wonderland to have as a pet, which was easier said than done since a lot of animals in wonderland talked and were citizens. Envy eventually chose a beautiful dove to be her pet and named him Sugar.

Cruella

Cruella despised living animals to no end and immediately said no when Xavier asked about having one. He'd attempt to convince her though multiple times throughout the week until she eventually gave in and took him down to the pet store, reminding him that he had to take care of it and she didn't want it bothering her. Xavier looked through the animals before seeing something he really liked, a small black rat. Cruella immediately said no but said yes by the end of the trip when Xavier didn't show interest in any other animals and only wanted the rat. He named her Peanut.

Captain Hook

Dolly didn't exactly ask for a pet, Captain Hook caught her with it one day, a large pig she found on Neverland and she let it follow her back onto the ship. He was angry at first but after seeing how happy the pig made her, he let it go and said to make sure to make the pig clear to the other pirates that it was a pet so they didn't mistake him for something to eat. Dolly named the pig Ham.

Hades

Magaly already has a pet, it's Cerberus, she met him as a baby and he's very gentle with her, meaning she didn't have to throw him a steak or food every time she entered the underworld after being out and about.

Ursula

Caspian came into the lair with a pufferfish one day, she was a small thing and had a lucky fin (as Nemo would call it). Caspian had met her when the boy was playing in a bubble geyser and the spiny fish showed up and followed Caspian around. Caspian liked her though and brought her to his mother. Ursula was skeptical at first but didn't entirely mind her son having a pet. Caspian was happy with that and named the fish Calypso.

Gaston

Edmond wanted a horse like his father to ride and to just have as a companion. Gaston thought he was too little at first though and didn't think he was ready but after some careful consideration, he decided that maybe getting the horse as a foal, the pair could grow together and it wouldn't be too dangerous. So he met with a breeder and found a small male foal and brought it home, explaining how they'd raise him to his son. Edmond was so happy and couldn't wait to ride it some day. He named the horse, Cinder.
