(this one will be told in the pov of the kids and yes, it's somewhat like the chapter of them doing their jobs better than their parents but it'll be different, they'll be getting emotional closure as they move on to a new chapter of their lives)

Envy
Today was the day, my wedding day. All my friends and family were invited. It's going to be an extravagant event of course, with every living being in wonderland to be invited. All my favorite things and other delicious items of food will be displayed. The ballroom and garden were displayed in lovely black and red decorations.
I hummed softly to myself while doing my makeup in the mirror, soo to be fit into my wedding dress. This day has been a dream of mine and in most honesty, I expected it, I expected to be married to an other worldly strapping strong man who liked to carry the world on his shoulders all for me. That's some of the old me still talking, I've changed and Edmond was part of the reason for that. Despite how we're both quite vain and confident, he's humbled me in a way, he's shown me that getting down and dirty or helping others isn't considered bad or unroyal. He was quite boastful and a lot like his father but there was a sweet side to him that no one saw much. He was sweet and considerate and would help people when needed since he was considered quite strong in his village.
After I finished my makeup and was put in my dress, I saw my father walk in. "Ah, Envy, you look perfect" He said getting on a stool since he was quite shorter than me.
"Thank you father" I said softly before looking at his reflection in the mirror. He's been married to my mother for Goodness knows how long. I love my mother dearly but she had tendencies about her that sometimes makes me wonder why he was with a woman like that, but now that it comes to mind, he had a lot of tendencies that matched her's. He never had a problem with anything she did and honestly encouraged it. Culturally from what I've learned from Edmond when he sort of took me to his school one day while we were still young, the King reigns higher than the queen.
"Father, why do you let Mother run everything around here? You are the king, aren't you?" I asked suddenly. My father looked at me after a moment.
"Well, Envy, when you're with someone and love them enough that it hurts, you do things to make sure they're happy, I do sometimes mind some of the details about your mother's behavior but doing what she likes makes her happy and as long as she's happy, I don't mind a single bit" He shrugged with a smile. "Besides, there's simple rules for everyone around and they simply need to follow, My wife deserves a position where she can peacefully rule and get what she needs and wants" He added.
"Will Edmond do the same as you?" I asked after hearing all of that.
"No, unless he chooses to" I heard my mother's voice as I saw her reflection appear in the mirror.
"I thought you didn't want to be here" I said tensely since we actually had a large fight a few weeks before today.
"I've changed my mind, I've decided that.....not....everything...has to-" She looked like she was physically in pain to say what she said. "be......m-my......way" She finally stated, letting out a breath of exhaustion. Me and Father glanced at each other since it was nearly impossible to even think that something like that would dare even pass my mother's lips. But Nonetheless, what she said brought me to happy tears. I turned slightly and hugged the both of them tightly. Hearing those words made me feel like my mother truly cared for me, She didn't need to say it but I knew she loved me but there were moments where I felt like she only wanted me to get attention from Wonderland. The two gently hugged me as well before I pulled myself together and continued getting ready while my parents left to check on the wedding decorations. I looked around my room one last time once I was ready to get married, I lived the life of a spoiled princess but I was loved for more than my status and position and I'm glad to know this. I took a deep breath and left my room to walk down the aisle.
