Mother Gothel catch up

Warning: I'm not including Cassandra, I know, I'm sorry but I have never watched a single episode of Tangled the Series: I've seen tiny snippets and such but i'm not going to include her because that leaves Mother Gothel with like three kids and they all have backstories and i'm too lazy to include that much information and such, I refuse to watch the whole series anyway, it's just going to be in the universe of the actual 2010 movie)

Another warning: This will be the first one with a sibling so the attention on the child oc will be different since it will be shared

Mother Gothel tried to keep her breathing quiet as she snuck in and climbed into the castle, up to the balcony where twin princesses laid asleep in their cribs. Darling things they were, one had a full head of golden hair while the other had the same but with red hair instead. Mother Gothel thought that taking both would help in her remaining young and beautiful again, because if one died, she'd have one to spare. She quickly took both in the dark of the night, the queen and king waking up just in time to see her before she had disappeared with both twins. Mother Gothel made her way to a tall tower in a secluded area and entered it with the babies.

She put the children down in a crib for the night, smirking to herself. She moved to stand up but winched when her hair was prominently yanked. She quickly looked and saw the red-haired one gripping her black curls tightly. As she was about to gently try to get the infant to let go, Mother Gothel noticed something: The child was awake and completely blind. Her tiny fist holding Mother Gothel's hair was out of fear since she had no idea where she was or who she was gripping onto, she simply wanted her parents and was terrified.

Mother Gothel gently attempted to get the little baby to let go but she wasn't budging. Mother Gothel sighed and gently sit and attempted to sing to her to calm her down and get her to let go. As Mother Gothel sang, the worried look on the child's face faded and she slowly fell asleep. Her red locks began to glow, Mother Gothel expected her hair to work like her sister's but felt nothing happen. Instead, a movement from outside caught her attention. Mother Gothel looked over and was surprised to see a vine from the outside growing inside. The child's power was quite different from her sister's, she was able to give growth and life to plants while her sister was able to give growth and life to people.

Bonding (kid)

"Hazel.....Hazel!" Hazel woke up in a panic to someone shaking her and whispering her name. "it's ok, it's alright, it's just Mommy" Mother Gothel calmed her child who had grown terrified of almost every single thing, she didn't adapt well to her loss of sight since her mother and sister could see but she couldn't, she didn't entirely get a lot of help from either of them. Rapunzel didn't know how to help and Mother Gothel didn't entirely expect her to be blind.

"oh, Hello, Mommy" Hazel yawned once she relaxed.

"Hello, Darling, I know it's late but I want to ask you something" Mother Gothel said as it was still dark outside. "I was wondering, how would you possibly like to come with me on my next trip outside?" Mother Gothel asked.

"oh, no thank you" Hazel said.

Mother Gothel frowned. "and why not?"

"Because the world is a scary place and I was thinking, I can just grow stuff here and you don't ever have to leave, you can stay with us all day, every day" Hazel smiled as she was aware of her abilities.

Mother Gothel smiled slightly since that was a sweet statement. "That's sweet, Darling but Mommy has to go out and about and I wanted to bring you with me so that your sister isn't too burdened by you for the day" Mother Gothel lied a little bit.
