Author’s Note (A/N) - POV

The Sisters

The sisters live together in a house in Seoul. They don’t get along well with their parents, but their parents still send money to support them. Financially, they’re doing fine.

Every morning, Jisu and Jia cook for everyone since they enjoy it. Misoo handles the dishes, Daisy does the laundry, and Autumn takes care of cleaning the house.

Autumn has her own room, while Jisu and Daisy share one, and Misoo and Jia share another.

All the sisters leave the house around 9:30 a.m. Misoo’s workplace is the furthest, so the others often give her a ride. They usually all ride together, but if they’re running late, they’ll either call each other or take a cab.

None of them have ever met their CEO, as they’re not very active socially.

The Brothers

The brothers live together in a mansion in Seoul. Jin, RM, and V are biological brothers, while the other four are close friends who live with them like family.

Each of the boys is the CEO of his own company. Though they’re not very active socially, they’re involved in the underground world as one of Korea’s biggest mafia groups.

They care deeply for each other, and it would be a huge mistake for anyone to harm one of them.

They’re wealthy, so they don’t have to do any household chores. Everyone usually leaves the mansion around 10:00 a.m., but since they’re CEOs, their schedules are flexible.

Autumn’s POV

It’s a typical day. I wake up to my alarm, go through my morning routine, and get ready for work. Misoo drops me off at my agency.

Everything goes as usual—I finish my files and schedule upcoming meetings that I need to attend. Then, I realize I have a meeting with the CEO this week. It will be my first time meeting him.

By the time I wrap up, it’s 5 p.m. Feeling drained, I decide to get some coffee. While waiting, I call Jisu to pick me up since Misoo will be late today. Jisu had a half-day leave, so she can come.

I get my coffee, but Jisu hasn’t arrived yet, as the house is a bit far. I start walking toward a nearby bus stop, which is close to the coffee shop.

While walking, I accidentally bump into someone because I’m looking at my phone, spilling coffee all over his suit.

When I look up, I see a tall, handsome man with broad shoulders, dressed in a sleek black suit. His whole appearance looks expensive and refined. I’m a bit shocked, but I manage to apologize. “I’m so sorry! It’s my fault; I wasn’t paying attention,” I say, flustered. He doesn’t say much, but his expression tells me he’s definitely not pleased. Beside him is another man who looks younger but has a more muscular build. He helps wipe the coffee off the man’s suit.

Author’s Note (A/N) - POV

Meanwhile, back at the house, Jisu gets Autumn’s call and decides to pick her up. She remembers that Daisy is also home, so she asks, “Daisy, want to come along to pick up eonnie?”

Daisy, who doesn’t have much to do, agrees. “Sure, I’m coming!”

They get ready to go, and as Jisu heads toward the car, Daisy says, “Eonnie, let me drive.”

Jisu, not wanting to risk her life, replies, “I don’t want to die young, so I’ll drive.” But Daisy whines, which Jisu can never resist. Finally, Jisu relents. “Okay, fine, but if anything happens, you’re not getting the car again!” she says nervously. Daisy recently got her license a few weeks ago, so Jisu is a bit worried.

“Thank you, eonnie!” Daisy says, giving Jisu a quick kiss on the cheek.

The drive is peaceful, though Jisu is a bit annoyed by Daisy’s corny dad jokes. When they reach Autumn’s agency, they spot her near the bus stop, talking to someone they don’t recognize. Curious, they decide to check it out.

Unfortunately, Daisy doesn’t notice a puddle on the road as she makes a U-turn, splashing water all over the two men standing with Autumn. The two men, already upset about the coffee incident, are now visibly furious.

Daisy calls out to Autumn, which makes the men realize the sisters are here to pick her up. Realizing how much trouble she’s caused, Autumn quickly apologizes. “I’m so sorry for all the trouble!” she says before running to the car and telling Daisy to drive off immediately, which she does.

Inside the car, Jisu and Daisy are confused by Autumn’s odd behavior. “What happened?” Jisu asks.

Autumn, catching her breath, finally explains what happened before they arrived. Now, Jisu and Daisy understand why she’s acting that way. “And don’t let Daisy drive the car for a few more months!” Autumn says to Jisu.

Daisy, overhearing this, isn’t thrilled but lets it slide.

They reach home, and Autumn heads to her room to freshen up and unwind after a stressful day. The sisters have dinner together, except for Jia and Misoo, who are still out and plan to eat elsewhere since they’ll be late.

When Jia and Misoo finally return home, they freshen up and go straight to bed. The sisters all sleep soundly that night......
