Jisu's POV~

We were all heading to the club, but my phone kept ringing so many times. I tried to ignore it because I knew who it was, but it kept ringing, so I told Misoo to go ahead. They left, and I saw that Namjoon, Jungkook, and Tae were following them. They really love them, I thought.

I answered the call.

"Hello, sweetie."

"Don’t call me that."

"Are you still mad at us?"

I sighed.

"Just tell me what you want."

"Okay, we're at Daechwita Club. Come here."

"I don’t want to."

"You have to, or we’ll come to your house."

"Okay, fine. I’ll come there."

With that, I ended the call. I really hate them. Anyway, I decided to go there because I didn’t want them coming to my house, especially with the boys here. I called Misoo to inform her about this. She picked up on the third ring.

"Hello."

"Hello, where are you?"

"I’m still at home."

"We already got here. Come fast."

"There’s been a change of plans."

"What happened?"

"Appa called. They want to meet. They’re at Daechwita Club, so I’m going there."

"Oh, I’ll come."

"No, it’s okay. I’ll go alone."

"Are you sure? It’s not safe to go alone."

"Yeah, I know, but I’ll be fine."

"Okay, drive safe and call me if anything happens. Be safe, okay?"

"Yeah, come back before it’s too late, okay?"

"Okay, take care."

With that, the line went dead. I took the car and drove to the club. I don’t like this club because it deals with a lot of drugs, and it’s basically a strip club. I got there in about half an hour.

I went inside and immediately hated it. There were people who were drunk or drugged, and I really hated it. I went straight to the counter, where a girl in a revealing dress stood.

"Can I help you?" she asked, in a flirtatious way.

I really hated that tone. I rolled my eyes. I know it was rude, but I couldn’t help it. I should have asked Misoo to come along.

"I can, I know where Mr. and Mrs. Lee are," I said.

"Oh, you must be their daughter, right?" she asked.

"Yes," I replied, uninterested.

"Oh, ma’am, follow me this way," she said, bowing, and walked ahead. I followed her inside, and she led me to a VVIP suite, then bowed and left. I knocked twice, opened the door, and went inside.

There they were—my gold-digger parents and cousins, the people I hate the most in my life. I can’t hate them completely, though, because no matter what, they’re still my parents. I took a deep breath and sat at the table.

"Hello, sweetie. How are you doing?" Appa spoke.

"Good," I replied in a cold voice.

"Why did you call?" I asked, wanting to leave as soon as possible.
