So in the beginning it starts with him breaking up with Eleanor, then he meets you. I just wanted to make that clear, and I had to include how y'all have the same name. Well, kind of the same name. Whatever. Enjoy! :)

Louis' POV
The door slammed in my face with a large "whoosh" of air. A round tear began to slide down my cheek, staining it. I could only think of two words. The same two words, swirling around in my head, like an "I-don't-think-we're-in-Kansas-anymore" tornado.
Oh God.
Legs feeling like jello, I tried to walk forwards, but felt too unsteady. I leaned against the wall as more tears began to spill from my eyes.
Oh God.
How could this have happened? How could a harmless night of popcorn and romance movies have turned into this… tragedy? My mind filled with images of her, her dark brown hair and gorgeous eyes that sparkled when she laughed at one of my many lame jokes.
Oh God.
How could Eleanor leave like this?
I regained my composure and walked towards the door, hoping a breath of fresh air would help the situation. The night outside was chilly and it looked like the days of snow were rapidly approaching. The thought of it gave me a chill… or it could have been the crisp wind. With all of this crying I couldn't really tell.
As my feet led me towards the city I replayed the last 20 minutes in my mind. Eleanor and I had been watching a movie, the title I can't even remember now, when she began to talk about something. I wasn't really listening, the tiredness of this whole tour was getting to me. She didn't understand that. She thought I didn't care.
But I did. I still do.
My thoughts were interrupted when I ran into something, or someone. It was a girl. I couldn't quite make out her features in the dark, and before I got a good look at her she began to buzz, "Oh my god I'm so sorry, I wasn't looking where I was going!" I plastered a smile on my face, "It's fine. Partially my fault, I was too engrossed in my own thoughts." "Thinking hard, are we?" she asked, laughing. "Yeah…" I said lightly, moving to pass her and continue with my walk.
"Wait," she started. "I didn't mean to offend you or anything." I debated turning around, but decided to keep walking, too tired to deal with any other human. Before I could get very far she grabbed my arm, "Hey. What's wrong? I'm sorry for being all weird."
I turned around, and now could see her clearly, for we were standing underneath a streetlight. She had blonde hair- no. Not blonde. More like the golden color of the sun in the late afternoon, when it's on the verge of beginning to darken. Her eyes were blue and… bright? They seemed to be adventurous, like she's been waiting for this moment her whole life and it is the most exciting thing on Earth.
I spoke sadly, "I've just had a pretty bad day. I'm not usually this depressing. In fact, I'm kind of crazy." She laughed at that, her eyes lighting up.
Like Eleanor's.
"The best of us are," she said. "Crazy, I mean. My name's Ell." I almost choked, my eyes widening. She must have noticed my face because her's was an image of worry. "Is everything okay?" she asked. "Your name is what?" I squeaked out. "Ell. Short for Elizabeth. Or Lilly sometimes." she answered.
She probably thought I was daft.
"I'm sorry," I apologized for what felt like the 20th time. "It's just…" I paused, wondering if I should share my romance story with this close-to-perfect stranger. I sighed, "My girlfriend broke up with me today, and her name was El. Short for Eleanor. My name's Louis, by the way."
She cocked her head to the side, sadness filling her eyes, "I'm so sorry… but what a coincidence!"
I smiled, this time it was a more genuine. Something about this girl made me want to return to my usual self: cracking jokes and acting like a maniac. Something about her made me happy. She reflected my smile, "It's like the universe wanted us to meet."

Ell's POV (2 weeks later)
I took a deep breath in and listened to the sounds of the park around me. A fall on the playground causing a child to let ou a high-pitched wail; the distant sound of the ice cream truck, a crackly repetition of the song "Do You Ears Hang Low?"; birds chattering in the trees and sound of their wings flapping as they flew off. Stretching my leg into some ungodly position, I closed my eyes.
A whistle came from behind me and I dropped my position. I sighed and turned around, ready to deal with whatever asshole I was about to meet.
But it wasn't that at all. It was somebody I recognized well.
Louis.
He smiled cheekily, "What did you say about the universe wanting us together?"

I lay down on the small bed I had in my flat and thought about the day. After Louis had found me at my weekly yoga session in the park, we had spent the day together. I learned about him, and he learned about me, and something happened that I will never forget.
We were stopping at a bench when Louis asked me playfully if I was single. I replied with the truth, a yes, but made clear that I was not going to date him. Then he said it, something no guy has ever told me before: he told me he was going to seduce me.
Seduce me?
What have I gotten myself into?

Louis' POV (a week later)
The arena filled with fans' shouts and the sound of hockey players ramming up against the barriers. The puck scraped across the floor and flew into the other side's goal, leaving me and one half of the arena to hang our heads in shame. I looked around at the other spectators, and lo and behold, saw a familiar head.
There is no way she's here.
I moved towards the aisle, walking down towards the golden hair and blue eyes that had become familiar to me over the last week. "Ell!" I yelled out, trying to reach her over the commotion the other fans made. She turned to look at me, and her eyes widened in surprise. She moved towards the edge of the aisle, coming to see me.
"Wow! The universe obviously doesn't have any other plans!" she asked, laughing and giving me a hug. "It's like Patti Stanger on steroids." I answered, joking. "Do you want to come sit with me?" Her face lit up, "I'd love to."
***
At the end of the night I offered to drive Ell home, and she obliged. When we reached her house, a small flat on the West side of London, I walked out and opened the door for her, which made her laugh, like I knew it would.
I walked her towards the front door, waiting under the bright porch light as we began to say our goodbyes. "I promise we'll get together again sometime soon, if we don't already find each other." she chattered, pulling out a small key. "You know you can't wait to spend time with the Tommo." I said, smiling widely.
Her expression dropped and her eyes were filled with something I barely recognized. It was something Eleanor's eyes never used to hold, and it was something mine hadn't held in a long while. It was true happiness.
"Lou," she started, looking down at the ground. "I think you won. You know, in what you swore you would do." It took me a second to figure out what she was talking about, but when I did I began to smile wider than I had in a while, "I told you I'd get you, one way or another."

So don't get me wrong or anything, I aboslutely adore Eleanor, I just had to make it this way. But ANYWAYS I hope you liked it!!! I wasn't quite sure about the ending, but I decided I was gonna go for it, so yeah. XD
But seriously, I hope it made you super duper happy!
